Russian military convoy has advanced from Ivankiv to outskirts of Kyiv, satellite images show (17 miles long)

A Russian military convoy that was outside of Ivankiv, Ukraine, on Sunday has since made it to the outskirts of Kyiv, satellite images show.

On Sunday, the convoy was roughly 40 miles northwest of the Ukrainian capital, according to images provided by Maxar Technologies.

Maxar said that roughly 17 miles of roadway is chocked full of the convoy, which consists of armored vehicles, tanks, towed artillery and other logistical vehicles.

The private US company said the convoy was located on the T-1011 highway at Antonov air base around 11:11 a.m local time.

Antonov is roughly 17 miles from the center of the Ukrainian capital.

The question is,...How long can you idle your vehicle in freezing weather without fuel? They are already abandoning vehicles out of fuel for a couple of days. How will they get fuel to the front of the line? They have armed drones that have already blown up fuel trains.

If Ukraine can hold out a couple more days, I think they will have the largest "finders keepers" in history.

They used a drone to attack a smaller convoy over the weekend. Why not do the same again? Don’t understand why they’re waiting.

The vehicles seem to belong to Rosgvardia (the Russian domestic troops) who were hit hard when they drove into Kyiv. These units are for occupation, not frontal combat, and are thus a low priority target for Ukraine.

The convoy also blocks the whole road so nothing important can move. Ukraine has better intelligence and a better overall picture than a satellite image of a convoy. These trucks pose a huge logistical challenge for Russia, They need fuel for communication and heating. No food for a few days... Russian defense minister Sergey Shoigu says the government will pay ₽ 11.000 Russian Rubles (around €100 according to the current exchange rate) to the families of fallen Russian soldiers.

Any convoy and especially one this large has advanced units clearing the area before they continue forward.

In this case there are probably a couple of Companies broken into platoons to secure the path of the advance.

Both countries(Russia,Ukraine) are about as corrupt as you can get. Russia with the Russian mob and the Ukraine from govt. to the cia created nazis which are in the process of being destroyed. Right after Pootie takes out the 11 bio labs we have been financing.
One of the bigger problems is that if any military trys to take out Putin's army will they still get gas or crude when they need it from Russia's “gas station”? Today Russia is more than a big gas station thanks to Brandon's policy on energy which is go green at any cost,destroy the US as fast as possible, if the bio weapon doesn't do it first.
The US is probably #3 on the corruption table so absent Trump the world is screwed.

Problem is he never resigned(clip is from 2020) and did he get over the Parkinsons, no one knows or will say. If he beat cancer and still has Parkinsons he could be around for a few more years,hard to say.
