In 1969, Elizabeth Kubler-Ross published a seminal work, On Death and Dying where she described five stages of grief that individuals experience after profound emotional loss, such as the death of a loved one.
Today, Americans are grieving — their trust in great institutions has died. Americans have lost faith in Washington; in federal medical bureaucracies like the CDC, FDA, and NIH; in legal institutions including the FBI and DOJ, and in school systems from K–12 through universities.
Science itself has been called into question. Politicians and bureaucrat-M.D.s claim they "follow the science," but real scientists, clinical physicians, and policy experts say that what Washington follows isn't science at all.
As COVID spreads and trust fades, Americans are experiencing grief in five stages: confusion, panic, control, disillusionment, and renewal.
Early in the COVID pandemic, Americans were confused. Based on advice from the COVID Task Force, state governors implemented mandates for masks and other PPE, social distancing, prohibition against gatherings, testing everyone, and strict lockdowns. The FDA prohibited therapeutic drugs, though frontline doctors were reporting success. Fauci told people to wear two masks, not merely one, even though studies in Florida, Massachusetts, and school systems in New York and Sweden found no "correlation ... [between clinical outcomes and] mask mandates."
Contrary to Task Force recommendations, President Trump wanted to stop the lockdowns, focus testing on high-risk persons, and use therapeutic drugs such as hydroxychloroquine and monoclonal antibodies.
Americans were scratching their heads. COVID-19 was labeled a "novel" virus, yet anyone who has had a cold has been infected with a coronavirus. Every year there is an epidemic with a respiratory virus quite similar to COVID: the flu.

With a constant drumbeat of imminent death, Americans entered the second stage: panic. Generating public fear was intentional. In fact, NIAID director Anthony Fauci told policy expert Dr. Scott Atlas, "Yes, they need to be more afraid."
A fearful public naturally turned to the federal government for protection. Doctors like Fauci and Deborah Birx are bureaucrat M.D.s who do not practice medicine and have no expertise in public policy. Yet in the name of public health, they recommended policies that took away constitutionally guaranteed freedoms and did irreparable harm to the nation.
The medical profession in general.

That is a positive. Many Americans are now awake to just how dishonest their government is.
The Left is very efficient in taking over Federal agencies. The CDC and NIH now parrot the political line and compromise real science to accommodate the narrative.. Most rational physicians realize this and do not trust these agencies as they once did. Would anyone five years ago believe that the head of the CDC would allow that agency to become involved in rent evictions and property rights instead of medical issues?

Hard to trust in ‘Institutions’ that twist the truth, censor and use their influence to control the messages because they’re corrupted with greed and back pocket alliance$ ahem…. Big Daddy Pharma’s. Lately haven’t seen much of their dancing stage puppet Dr Fraudci. Trust is earned but they broke it instead.
That, plus since when did diseases/afflictions start being pimped out, promoted and advertised? First thing I noticed after spending 12 years in Europe, is I flick on the telly here and they have stupid commercials with stupid people advertising weird diseases! WTF? Imagine if Jonas Salk, instead of busting his butt to cure polio made up some weird drug and pimped it out on TV! First thing I told my son was it was all made up crap! How do I know that?...because I am old. I saw an interview with JFK Jr. and he said the same thing!

So-called practitioners of science were called into question, not real scientists.
When doing my PhD studies, we always quipped the bad joke, “Never let data get in the way of your dissertation.” We knew it was a joke, but it appears to be a rule for future gubmit “scientists”. (And it’s a solid rule for the studies and eddikashun jokesters.)
How much more have they lied? Did they really believe therapeutics were worthless? Or did they believe that vaccinations were the best overall method but they couldn't get them through in an emergency usage with effective therapeutics available? Or did they believe that mass vaccination was the most profitable method even if more died through suppression of therapeutics? Who knows?
Anyone with half a brain would have known something was wrong early on in this COVID scam when people in government and media began citing Bill Gates -- a college dropout with no medical training -- as some kind of infectious disease expert.
This is the same guy who couldn't figure out how to deal with viral outbreaks in own company's operating system software, mind you.

It was revealed for all the world to see just how so many medical professionals were merely mind-numbed robots who were unable and/or unwilling to think for themselves, to do their own research, to buck the system in the interest of their patients, etc.
By all appearances, they're just in it for the money. Like everyone else.
It's what we cynics suspected all long.

The worst victims were the elderly and the frail living in care centers. They way they were written off from the start is a crime against humanity.
And don't think for a minute that this wasn't a fully conscious decision by the medical community, or that they wouldn't do it again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely. Doctors, nurses and health care workers who pushed masking, supported inaccurate testing and promoted experimental mRNA jabs, especially on children, have squandered any good reputation they may have had. It’s clearly been shown that they don’t have the patients’ best interests as their top priority. Federal agencies and big pharma have shown themselves to be untrustworthy as well.
Worst victim is our tax dollars used to kill us.
