Fox News and Fox Business Network host Neil Cavuto returned to the air on Monday and revealed he had been in an intensive care unit while battling pneumonia and the coronavirus.
"I did get COVID again but a far, far more serious strand, what doctors call COVID pneumonia," Cavuto said. "It landed me in intensive care for quite a while and it really was touch-and-go. Some of you who’ve wanted to put me out of my misery darn near got what you wished for! So, sorry to disappoint you!

You’re talking about the a$$ho!e that had an unhinged screaming fit about how HCQ was going to KILL us on the news when Trump suggested HCQ.
He will get be getting Covid again and again, I suspect.
He did not get a “more serious strand” of COVID-19. He got a normal one and, because he didn’t do more to stop its progression, he ended up with more serious consequences.
This is definitely a place where monoclonal antibodies could have helped, if his O2 and availability would have together allowed.
Of course, there are other therapeutics, but I can vouch for a close relative that even those are not assured of keeping COVID complications away.
Sometimes you need antibiotics and steroids to calm your body down.
Thankfully, supplements kept my mild infection to one and half days, before my fever went down to 97.

I’ve known of at least one young(ish) man (close friend of co-worker) who went into the hospital with COVID, recovered from COVID, but died anyway from other complications CAUSED by his hospitalization.

Cavuto is living proof the vaccines cannot prevent infection. The vaccines cannot prevent transmission. They cannot prevent hospitalization. The “may” mitigate death if you’re lucky.
The only time to start worrying is if you go the Really Intensive Care Unit.
Right after Trumps press conference to show he beat covid with such drugs as Hydroxychloroquine and vitamin D Cavuto came on and said outright don’t take those “it will kill you”.
I remember that like it was yesterday.

Probably considered un-vaccinated as he contracted Covid in less than 2 years from getting the jab! Gotta keep moving the goalposts!
The shots are merely snake oil sold to the gullible masses. Even the CDC admits they don’t do anything. Other options have been proven to work against this flu strain called Covid.

I worked in HVAC/Boiler/Rlectrical maintenance in nursing homes before medical retirement. Sepsis, Staph, Medication Resistant Staph, TB, and other possibilities have been amongst healthcare facilities for decades. I used to have to for some insane reasoning by the administrator box up for pick up and burning medical haz-mat the red bag stuff. I never caught anything, but I practiced self-sanitary precautions and when I got home from work washed my uniform in a detergent and Pine-sol mixture. Oh yeah, several patients also had STD's. I retired on medical disability non work related in 1994. I worked in those facilities for 10 years.
