Thinking out of the box is needed. Could President Trump set up a donation site here in the US, convert the donations to cash, and then personally start delivering donations to the truckers? Would Trudy have the stones to bar a former US President from entering Canada?
Such a move would have considerable risks, but, PDJT does not seem to me to be someone afraid to take on a tough proposition. And others may have better ideas / angles.

Whatever you do with regards to sending donations to Canada do not organize it or plan it online. You need to assume that our government is monitoring whatever you do online and then passing that information along to the communist regime in Canada.

Chatter has it that Trudeau will shortly prorogue (suspend) parliament if it looks like they will not endorse his dictatorial powers. If that happens then it will be safe to assume he has the support of the police and the military.
I don’t have the wherewithal to organize anything like that. But, your point is correct (at least for anyone connected financially somehow to Canada) and is why I think someone like President Trump would have to put it together.
