GOP at war: Furious Trump says Mitch McConnell does NOT speak for the Republican party and 'did nothing to stop the fraudulent election'
Daily Mail ^ | Feb 9 | By GEOFF EARLE

Donald Trump tore into Mitch McConnell on Wednesday and said he does 'not represent the voice of the Republican Party' after the Senate Minority Leader called January 6 an 'insurrection' and criticized the censure of Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney.

The former president attacked his GOP nemesis for doing nothing to stop the Biden administration, the 'fraudulent election' or the 'persecution of political opponents' in a scathing statement on Wednesday - deepening divisions in a party on the brink of civil war.

'Mitch McConnell does not speak for the Republican Party, and does not represent the views of the vast majority of its voters, Trump said Wednesday.

'He did nothing to fight for his constituents and stop the most fraudulent election in American history. And he does nothing to stop the lawless Biden Administration, the invasion of our Borders, rising Inflation, Unconstitutional mandates, the persecution of political opponents, fact finding on the incompentent [sic] Afghanistan withdrawal, the giving away our energy independence, etc., which is all because of the fraudulent election. Instead, he bails out the Radical Left and the RINOs.'

Trump responded just a few hours after McConnell brushed off Trump's name-calling, joked that 'Old Crow' was his 'favorite bourbon' and insisted no Republicans wanted him ousted from leadership.

Trump, 75, and McConnell, 79, have been in a long-running feud, even after McConnell helped push through Trump's court picks and tax cuts. McConnell denounced Trump after the Capitol riot, even as he voted to acquit him during his second impeachment.

The sodulous turtle has been absolutely compromised since he was a lowly intern, way back in 1967, height of the Viet-Nam War. Allegedly enlisted in Army National Guard, discharged after one day and returned to position as intern. Reportedly, the circumstances surrounding his early discharge from the Guard left him permanently compromised. Not fun being Turtle over all these years.

Mitch longs for the day when the Deep State will let him come out of the closet. Maybe they'll let him divorce his ChiComm wife and marry Lindsey

Funny how Trump looks pretty good for 75, while McTurtle looks every one of his 79 years. No idea the last time McTurtle has had a legitimate job where he wasn’t get paid off the government teat, while Trump built a wildly successful real estate business around the world, and was elected president.

Watching Trump and McConnell try to work together again in 2025 will be fun to watch.

Mitch McConnell is a Judas to all freedom loving Americans. I despise that man more than any on the left. He is the definition of Cicero’s 5th Columnist. Many more need to join with Trump and call him out for his duplicity and treason.

Mitch McConnell and his friends ARE the Republican Party.

Exactly! The Republican Party is their personal country club, and how dare anyone try to come onto the grounds without going through the proper initiation rights, paying the dues, and getting the OK from the 'leadership committee'.

We have a new kind of 'robber barons' at this time in our history, and they have to be dethroned.

Sanctimonious Mark, back to trash someone else after his
actions in 2016. What a hoot.

For the better part of a year and a half he trashed Trump
non-stop, even knowing Hillary was the only alternative.

He, Ted, and Beck can each go to hell.

These three men gave McConnell, Ryan, and everyone else
inclined to do so, cover to do absolutely nothing for
to right our nation, for two years with a full majority.

How many people stayed home after being soured on Trump
by these three sages?

My respect for them died in 2016.

We came within a whisker of having Hillary Clinton for
president.
