In 2024, I think a lot of things are going to be fixed, and Camel Harris couldn’t risk it.

What if she claims that clear evidence of systemic voter suppression led to Republican wins in Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina and because of that she is seating the Democrat Slate of Electors instead of the Republican one and giving those states, and the win, to Biden? If Pence had the power to kick a slate of electors back to the states then what says Harris couldn't just seat an alternate slate instead? What prevents it?

I don’t like Rubio, but on this point he’s absolutely right.

Furthermore, if Trump runs in 2024, and wins, does anyone think they're just going to let him waltz back into the White House?

Hell no!

The Left will put up a fight of the likes that we've never seen and pull out every stop they can think of to deny him the presidency.

Sure, the votes were rigged; but our founding fathers never envisioned giving the Vice President the power to remedy this.

This is the first I’ve heard of this. Could you cite some of their contemporary writings to support this assertion?

How do you “correct” an unconstitutional vote for President if you don’t even know who the hell those two million people voted for?

Remember that the founders of this country also probably would have been repulsed by the idea that every adult in the U.S. who was capable of breathing on a mirror would have been entitled to vote.

The population of the U.S. exceeded a million people in 1790, but George Washington only got something like 28,000 popular votes in the 1792 election.

You decertify it as it winds thru court.

Then, and this is important for Pence apologists, especially knowing that he certified an unconstitutional vote, you tell him to STFU when tells us how bold he stood on 1/6/21.

That is exactly what his duty was.
Not to choose but to verify.
He failed miserably.
A real genuine cowardly Prick!

Micro Rubio is being too smart by half.

He should get back to his foam parties and leave governance to true Patriots.

You decertify it as it winds thru court.

1. There is no provision of the U.S. Constitution that allows electoral votes to be “decertified” after the date established by Congress for the electors to convene.

2. Giving courts the authority to determine the outcome of a presidential election is even worse than having Congress simply do it themselves.

Pennsylvania can undo its certification, regardless of legal significance. Let the courts determine a remedy. What can’t stand is for fraud politicians, and their weak acolytes, to continue pushing out the Big Lie that 11/3/20 was uneventful. It was unconstitutional.
