“Supporters of the bill point to the damage that such products do to both human health and to the environment”
But doing drugs and crapping openly on the sidewalks is ok
On the one hand, California is suicidal stupid.
On the other hand, with all the technology and new materials we have, certainly a biodegradable cigarette filter is not beyond our grasp?
Disclaimer: I dont smoke, dont enjoy being around a smoke filled environment, but respect a persons right to make their own choices.
When will take steps to stop the covering of their major cities with human feces and hypodermic needles?
Do you ever notice the state of California only messes with stuff that means nothing
fixed it.
But doing drugs and crapping openly on the sidewalks is ok
Crapping openly on the sidewalk is The Green Way to go.

Nary a thought paid to the tonage of trash generated by vagrants who seem to have immunity to these laws. “Look at all the trash those bums left, let’s pass a law targeting the general public.” And like all the other stuff California has outlawed, people will simply get them on a black market or from out of state. Idiots.
California’s indian reservations will be booming.

Cruella DeVille is quite pleased!
Bans of single use toilet paper coming soon...
I have always wondered if bans on outdoor smoking had less to do with health concerns and more to do with butts everywhere. I am not for bans such as this, but I understand why someone might want to have them.
Look at the bright side, the smokers get more of that tar coating on their lungs to protect themselves from the Covid!
