BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS) — A Friday night out turned into a melee in Bensalem at a Golden Corral restaurant. Now police are trying to figure out how it started. A former employee of the restaurant says he was told the fight may have happened after a customer became enraged when the buffet ran out of steak.
Video shared with Eyewitness News shows punches being thrown and high chairs flying as a fight breaks out inside the Golden Corral in Bensalem Friday evening.
Bensalem police confirm the brawl may have involved more than 40 people and happened following an argument among some customers. Officers are still looking into what caused the argument.
“I’ve never seen nothing like that in Golden Corral before,” former employee Dylan Becker said.
Becker, who used to work at the Bensalem Golden Corral, says he was told by a current employee about the initial altercation.
“From what I heard it was over steak, apparently somebody cut in line,” Becker said.
His friend heard the same details.

At the end you can see whites guys throwing chairs, during the fight it is hard to see them through the crowd.
They all look like zombies. It looks like a movie scene.

Actually Africans coming here don’t like the blacks here.
It looks like black brawlers and a mix of black and white employees, badly outnumbered, who are trying to defend themselves.
Can you imagine fighting over Golden Corral food?
I once monitored a group of Liberian refugees loading a container of stuff , mostly used clothing and lots of bicycles, collected to ship back to Liberia. They worked very hard getting the job done by hand......no fork lift. The refugees had a Christian community of about 300 who somehow migrated to East Tennessee. They had jobs and worked.
The container driver was a black man who obviously disapproved of the work in process that he knew could not be accomplished by the Blacks he knew. He told me so

Been to Golden Corrals & really enjoyed them, but it seems to me that part of the problem here is that you pay first , then may discover afterwards that they are out of something you were counting on. I’ve never personally had this happen, but then I live in a civilized part of the country where something like what was depicted here would be VERY unusual.
