Joe Rogan has addressed recent criticism that his podcast "The Joe Rogan Experience" has helped to spread COVID-19 misinformation.
A backlash from scientists and health professionals prompted Neil Young and Joni Mitchell to request that their music be taken off Spotify, which owns the podcast.
In a video posted to Instagram Sunday, Rogan said of Young and Mitchell: "I'm very sorry that they feel that way. I most certainly don't want that."
He added: "I want to thank Spotify for being so supportive during this time and I'm very sorry that this is happening to them and that they're taking so much heat from it."

Here’s all the reading one needs to do concerning Rogan. He says he has no hard feelings towards those who want to CENSOR him! Take away his FREEDOM to freely speak. He obviously worships money and was willing to cut off his balls to keep it coming. Joe Rogan has become a eunuch.
In his video Sunday, Rogan said he’s a Neil Young fan, adding: “No hard feelings toward Neil Young and definitely no hard feelings toward Joni Mitchell
But when Spotify agreed to put misinformation labels on Rogan’s work, Rogan didn’t tell them to jump in a lake. He agreed.
Rogan is the cash cow for Spotify, not Neil Young, Joni Mitchell and certainly not Nickelback.
Rogan should have hired a good lawyer, gotten out of his contract and taken his act - and massive audience - elsewhere.
Rogsn promised he’ll try to do better to have people with varying opinions of controversial subjects on his show, he didn’t promise he’d go easy on them.
As Dr Sanjay Gupta found out recently, the Joe Rogan Experience isn’t exactly a cakewalk.
