A California mother is taking legal action against a school district, claiming that two teachers secretly manipulated her 11-year-old daughter into believing she was a transgender boy.
Jessica Konen filed a legal claim against Spreckels Union School District last Wednesday - with that claim a likely precursor to a lawsuit. She alleges that Buena Vista Middle School teachers Lori Caldeira and Kelly Baraki 'planted a seed' in her daughter's head that she was bisexual, then went on to convince the youngster that she was actually a transgender boy.
Konen also claims that Caldeira and Baraki - who ran the school's 'You Be You' equality club - provided information for her daughter on how to bind her breasts to stop them developing. She says the school kept her in the dark about what was going on until a December 2019 meeting.
After schools closed and went remote during COVID in March 2020, Konen says her daughter, who has not been named, was once again happy to identify as a girl when away from the influence of the teachers and school bosses she is now suing.

In just one Washington State school district there are thousands of parents that are pulling there children our of the public schools in mid-year.

Yes. I’d also argue this is practicing psychiatry without being a licensed psychiatrist. They are not qualified to be making such inferences to kids - even if it were valid, which is isn’t.

This is the bill governing conversion therapy. would love to hear from a lawyer on whether this could be read as a law banning LGBT clubs for children under 18/ the bill states changing sexual orientation is illegal when it comes to children. the bill only shows examples of gay people being reprogramed but the wording is lose enough that I think any professional could be prosecuted for trying to encourage gender change and sexual orientation change when it comes to LGBT clubs in the school system

Wasn’t there a post recently to file against the teachers side superintendents bond? That sounds best to me. Impacts the entire district.

Here is the info about suing through their bonds. The idea in this linked thread could work against elected and appointed officials, and not just schools.
The video talks about suing school board members through their insurance bonds. All elected and appointed officials must have a bond. If they are found to have acted illegally through malfeasance or misfeance, the insurance will pay, then drop the bad politician. No other company will insure them leaving them unemployable in that position.

The trouble is that you file a lawsuit against the school district and the taxpayers end up with the bill. This stuff will not end until the responsible parties are made to pay from their own pockets and face real jail time.
This business of filing lawsuits against perpetrators of this kind of malicious pederasty from the administrative state has got to stop. Those lawsuits are only effective if the guilty are made to pay real money.
