A decision like this is usually made by the upper-echelon of lawyers hired by TSA. I’d be asking if regular Americans can also use arrest warrants. Maybe the next step is to approve boarding with people showing a mental incompetency order from some judge or a gift-certificate from Burger King.
If someone shows up with a warrant for arrest as a form of identification, should they not be arrested on the spot?
