Cripes. I assumed a pipe beating murder would involve a crazy homeless guy. This was workplace violence. Some guy snapped and cracked the skull of his team leader. Eek.
You basically can’t carry in Philadelphia. It’s legal in Pennsylvania with a permit, but the city police will take any weapon they find in a routine stop and basically impound it until you go through a lengthy process to get it back.
