You can’t make an opinion or suspicion against the law.

But if they do this, it’s the Left that constantly scream Election Fraud.

Stacey Abraham’s will be in violation.

Gotta cell big enough for her??

This will backfire on the Left.

Can we tack on flogging for deviating from their oath of office?

A step toward having obviously fraudulent elections that everyone is forbidden to question.

So when this fraud of a governor says the election was fair when it wasn’t should be brought up on charges.

RCW 43.01.020 Oath of office The governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state, treasurer, auditor, attorney general, superintendent of public instruction, commissioner of public lands, and insurance commissioner, shall, before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, take and subscribe an oath or affirmation in substance as follows: I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the state of Washington, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of the office of (name of office) to the best of my ability.

When he took this Oath of Office, does it not include the 1st Amendment OR did he exclude it?

Problem solved: ban all politicians who swear to take
an oath to “Uphold Our Constitution” and promptly forget
their action.

An election system so secure that nobody is allowed to criticize it - that is democracy! /sarc

It will depend upon the meaning of “founded” and who defines it.

So much for free speech then. Of course anyone accused of election fraud is going to claim it is a lie. Then the counter accusations begin.

"You were elected via fraud!"

"You have no proof, therefore that is a lie, you should be thrown out of office!"

"I have proof now."

"You forfeited your office (or should have) your accusations are illegitimate."

...

And on and on.

What is it they say, if you want to know who's really in power, look to who you're not allowed to criticize. I guess the little fascists that fraud their way into power don't want anyone questioning them.

All this needs is the right person to spread what the Democrat/communists want to call lies and put him/her on trial.

The commies would finally HAVE listen to evidence. They will screech like agitated monkeys.
