even TV host Oprah Winfrey phoned in to try to convince him to agree to filibuster reform, according to Politico. Can't stand Oprah.

A call from Oprah would cement my stance on not voting the way she wants.

Wait. I guess with Weinstein in stir, Opera’s schedule opened up not having to supply Weinstein with young aspiring women to sexually assault.

The ONLY reason for the dems to do away with the filibuster
is if they do NOT see themselves losing another election.
That should scare and shock any American.

Hope Manchin replies:
"What is this, Junior High, as though I'm to be swayed by peer pressure?"
"If the objective were rational, then you would provide an argument, but because your ONLY objective is UNCHECKED POWER, I reject your appeal!"

The end game is at hand.
The Kenyanesian Usurper has almost succeeded in his quest to destroy the USA.
None of which was possible without Republican complicity.

Ok, that’s three people, none of whom are registered to vote in West Virginia. I think Manchin will listen to the 1.2 million West Virginia voters.

The so called “voting rights bill” is an attempt to subvert and usurp our constitutional republic.
This is what insurrection looks like.

Manchin has told colleagues his phone has been lighting up with calls in recent days, including from former presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton.

Typical Senator. They are all peacocks. They love the attention.

Getting calls from "moderate" Dem senators? THERE IS NO SUCH THING as a "moderate" Dem senator. There are only a few senators, like Manchin, that come from states that still have a considerable number of old-school Democrats who are yet to realize their party has gone full Left.
Manchin is between a rock and a hard place. . .it's all about which side, his voters or the Dem overlords, will make his life a more miserable hell. I figure Bill's phone call put the prospects of Arkancide on the table. Thus, advantage: Dem overlords.
