Alternatively, if the government says “You cannot work” and also says “Go die in an alley, we don’t care”, then I think there’s going to be serious trouble.
I will note that Breyer, Kagan and Roberts seem to be aggressive and angry. That MAY be because they know how the other 5 stand on this.

I doubt those 9 tools will do anything to aussage what normal Americans are being FORCED to endure.
