I am in a meeting held by a local right-wing mom’s group. It’s an organization catering to mothers who are bent on protesting at school board meetings to stop the supposedly evil critical race theory agenda from being taught in public schools and address other typically conservative concerns.

ENORMOUS difference. “Equity” in the modern parlance means that every child needs to have the same outcome, regardless of pot use, criminal behavior, lack of giving a crap, mental retardation or parental support... and if some child is smart or has parental crap, or is motivated, they must be discouraged or discriminated against until they are no more successful than a criminal, slacker pothead.
I don’t understand why these moms wish to keep their kids in the public schools. There is nothing but grief for them there.
Types like Phoebe Cohen will get the ADL and SPLC involved and these moms and their families will be labeled as supremacists, Nazis and haters - their careers and reputations targeted for ruination.
They need to get out now and form a home schooling group that is free from Phoebe Cohen types.
