The Mankato School Board voted unanimously earlier this month for a policy that may grant additional pay exclusively to non-white teachers.
The board is chaired by Jodi Sapp, who previously came under fire for requiring concerned parents to dox themselves in order to comment on school matters. Under her leadership, the board voted to amend district policy so that non-white teachers only may receive “additional stipends” to become mentors to other non-white colleagues. The new policy will also have the district “placing American Indian educators at sites with other American Indian educators and educators of color at sites with other educators of color.”
These new measures are designed to “increase opportunity for collegial support” for BIPOC teachers, boosting the district’s retention rate among these demographics.

Obviously unconstitutional. Wish we had a Supreme Court that was interested in that ‘constitution thing.’
This is equal parts illegal, stupid, racist, patronizing and academically destructive.

What about the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which bans discrimination “based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin?” Sex was thrown in there and caused all sorts of trouble. What if the paid whites more? Would that be OK?
I don’t know why any straight white person would even think of entering the education field. It was woke before anything was woke.
Will whites ever form PACS?
Wonder what it will take for whites to wake up to the fact that they have a bullseyes on their backs, they are fair game for anything that would otherwise be illegal and NO ONE is standing up for them?

Not only the civil rights marches and contentious legislation finally passed in the early 1960s, but also the “equal pay” affirmative action cases adjudicated over the years.
So much chin music to be let in one ear and out the other.

But SCOTUS can say like the Obamacare forced fee:
It held in its 2012 decision the penalty for failure to pay is valid under Congress’ power to tax.
And this time unequal pay would be a form of early reparations to make up for past times of unequal pay.
Neither one is constitutional, of course. That never stopped them.

It is said she made $1.5 million a year the first years of her book. Worth rambling about some thoughts on a laptop.
That is discriminatory, and should be opposed by any real Civil Rights leaders. . . . . . . . . . -0-.... Couldn’t hold my breath any longer.
White teachers should receive combat pay for schools that have a majority of minorities.
The left are the biggest racists on the planet.
Lets see how far that hooey lasts.
White teachers should self identify as whatever minority race. Or tell them where they can shove that job.
