A regulations watchdog predicted that President Joe Biden will try to use executive orders to implement his $2 trillion Build Back Better legislation.
Clyde Wayne Crews, of the Competitive Enterprise Institute, told the Washington Examiner that Biden appeared poised to expand federal regulations greatly, especially if he loses control of the House and Senate.
Former President Barack Obama called that approach ruling with a "pen and a phone" when he lost support on Capitol Hill, the Examiner said.

How will he fund it? Congress won’t pass the spending as we have just seen and they only got the recent debt ceiling increase on a party line vote.
Will he fund it through asset seizures? Where will the money come from?

Aren’t executive orders only applied to Federal agencies under the direction of the executive branch? I know, its naïve.

Exactly right, there are no funds for it to be implemented, even by EO. Also, and this has never stopped a Democrat, EOs are supposed to be supported by an underlying law — and there is none in this case.

If our Founding Fathers were to evaluate ‘Executive Orders’ most likely they would have wanted the perprerators to be hanged.
There will be many more trillion dollar covid bills to come. He’ll get funding for some of it with republican Senators ready and willing to help.
