Davie, FL has a crime rate higher than 74% of towns & cities in the US. Blacks are 9% of its population. Any person living there who has not hardened their dwelling against an intruder is asking to be a victim.
I was on a jury, too. The defendant was black and the black jurors immediately said they wouldn’t send him to prison.
The guy looked guilty, but I didn’t think the prosecution came anywhere near proving guilt.
But based on deliberations most jurors voted not guilty because of race or because they knew they couldn’t sway the others.
I’m really impressed by the journalism here. Mr Olmeda is a rarity in today’s media.

...what you speak of in your post is a phenomenon that we first saw MOST BLATANTLY in OJ’s case but have seen it many times since. Namely, blacks on a jury simply won’t convict a black killer no matter the circumstances. It’s a sort of “kill one white person for free card”. This “attitude” has been nurtured and fostered by the democratic party since at least the sixties.
Many judges and prosecutors feed and nurture this phenom too. Some that come to mine are Gascon, Chesa Baudin and now Rachael Rollins.
The legislatures in States run by the Dems aid and abet this phenom too.
The only way a black should be able to be on a jury in a trial involving a black defendant is IF the judge is required to ask all black juror prospects....”can you CONVICT this black defendant of MURDER in the first degree EVEN THOUGH he’s black”?
We ask ALL prospective jurors, black and white, “Can you impose the death penalty?” It’s the same thing otherwise you are handing blacks in America a “One Free Murder of a white person CARD”.

Unfortunately, the guy appears to be a typical leftist in many areas. Lots of rants on his Twitter. But that doesn’t change what he did here. Unlike the left, we can give credit when it is due even if we think the guy’s politics are messed up.
If you are White. If you value your life. Get t6he hell out of and stay the hell out of big cities. You are playing a game that you will only lose. The only question remaining to be answered is when it will happen.
I read the article. In essence, what happened was that a productive member of the Community was taken out by a parasite and at trial, the forewoman did not have the courage to stand up to the parasites on the jury. And as far as gated communities go. The only security they provide is they cause one to stop as they are opened and closed. A lesson this lady learned the hard way. They are not rat proof. Especially the two legged animal. 115 grains of lead traveling at 2000 feet a second is good medicine for that breed of rat. Rinse and repeat as necessary. Or one can remain docile and.......... nothing but heartbreak will come from it. My advise to Whites who live in big cities is the same as Matt Bracken's... Get the hell out. If your lives are important to you. Stay too long and like this lady you will be killed. And no one will care, except maybe your relatives or your insurance company if they are holding a policy on you.

The racists are of course the ones who care about and factor the defendant’s race into account when determining guilt or innocence. To notice or care about the defendant’s race is racist. To not care about his race is not racist.

Bullcrap. Jury nullification was designed so jurors can judge whether or not the law is just. Laws against murder are clearly just.
This is nothing but an pathetic attempt at vengeance. These jurors should be indicted, tried, and convicted for perjury.
