ask ST: What happens if I am unvaccinated and get infected with Covid-19? (From Singapore Newspaper)

SINGAPORE - From Wednesday (Dec 8), those who are unvaccinated "by choice" against Covid-19 and become infected will have to pay for their own treatment. We answer some questions you may have on this topic. Q: Does the rule apply to those who are already hospitalised before Dec 8?

A: This will apply to all unvaccinated Covid-19 patients admitted on or after Dec 8, 2021, to hospitals and Covid-19 treatment facilities. The Covid-19 medical bills for those who are ineligible for vaccination, such as children under 12 years old or those who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons, will still be fully paid for by the Government. Q: I have received one dose of the vaccine. Do I have to pay for treatment if I am hospitalised for Covid-19 before the second dose?

A: No. The authorities have said those who are partially vaccinated will not be charged until Dec 31 to allow them time to be fully vaccinated.

By your standards, ie, 100% effective, none of those vaccines granted immunity.

Did you get the polio vaccine? Why? The survival rate from polio was 99%, about the same as COVID. Up to 70 percent of those infected have no symptoms. They were asymptomatic.
Another 25 percent of people have minor symptoms such as fever and a sore throat, and up to 5 percent have headache, neck stiffness, and pains in the arms and legs. These people are usually back to normal within one or two weeks. So why did you get the polio vaccines?

Do you dispute the numbers I provided?
The survival rates were very similar.
Both spread asymptomatically.
Covid has killed over 700,000 in the last year and a half.
In the worst year on record, polio killed 3000.

To me my personal experience is the most valuable. It is my personal experience of daily gym exercise routine which has led me to another conclusion. That old people do not need to get frail, weak and have bad balance. I have gained more muscles since I began the rigorous exercise daily routine. I can jump higher now at age 81 that I could 20 years ago. And can still hit a 250+ yard drive.

Why no doctor ever tell me how beneficial daily exercise is for maintaining good health? I am off all medications, my A1C is back in normal range, high blood pressure is history.

Point is, personal experience is most valuable.

"In the worst year on record, polio killed 3000."

So what Dugway is saying is that at 8,986 deaths in the United States alone, the covid vaccines in less than two years have minimally killed the equivalent of three years worth of polio victims at their historic peak rate of death.

VAERS COVID Vaccine Adverse Event Reports

That's very interesting. The covid vaccines are more effective killers than polio. Thank you for pointing that out.

Also, please understand that even though the fake vaccine may ease the effects of being infected with Covid, it won’t kill off the entirety of the virus. One could even argue that your body becomes a host that facilitates incubation and mutation - and retransmission.

VARES doesn’t prove any deaths due to the vaccines.

As if your CDC provided $hot $hift $hilling “IT’S DEBUNKED!!” posts are.

Go find/start threads that extoll all of the wonderful effects these $hots are having, rather than $hift $hill for these hazardous $hots, on warning threads.

Paging Mr Vax zealot.

https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/4020173/posts

Im just wondering what tactic are you going to use to explain this away...

Seriously...I’m curious if you even have the stones put your text....where your text has been...

All my points still hold true....niether the vax nor the boosters provide Immunity from covid...

As such....getting vaxxed is completely illogical vs the odds of exposure to covid coupled with the recovery rate.

I usually reserve the term “anti-vaxxer” for those who’ve earned it by continually posted anti-vaccination screeds without regard for the truth, it is sufficient that the screed continues the narrative about the dangerous and ineffectiveness of the vaccines.

The article pretty much explains this. The big takeaway is that these numbers are very small but you’re trying to use these small numbers to make a sweeping case against vaccination. BTW, you did notice that previous covid infection didn’t prevent another infection with this variant?

Go to the VARES website where you’ll find this disclaimer:
“VAERS accepts reports of adverse events and reactions that occur following vaccination. Healthcare providers, vaccine manufacturers, and the public can submit reports to the system. While very important in monitoring vaccine safety, VAERS reports alone cannot be used to determine if a vaccine caused or contributed to an adverse event or illness. The reports may contain information that is incomplete, inaccurate, coincidental, or unverifiable. In large part, reports to VAERS are voluntary, which means they are subject to biases. This creates specific limitations on how the data can be used scientifically. Data from VAERS reports should always be interpreted with these limitations in mind.”

You did read about the person who posted to VARES that his vaccine had turned him into an “Incredible Hulk”?

VAERS is the best tool we have available. Show me a better one. In your mind every vaccine injury is fake and every covid death was a covid death regardless of the average 2.6 comorbidities like cancer, heart disease, diabetes, alzheimers, and advanced age. I didn't LOL at VAERS. I LOL'd at you. Is pointing at VAERS as being an anecdotal early warning system really the best intellectual contribution you can add to the discussion? Really? LOL. If so, people will trust their own eyes over your propaganda every day.

so_real wrote: “VAERS is the best tool we have available. Show me a better one.”

I agree VARES is the best tool. I disagree that because someone dies after vaccination is proof the vaccines caused their deaths.

I’ve even seen (in this forum) the claim that since only a small portion of adverse reactions are reported to varies (I’ve seen some claim only 10%) that means that one needs to multiple the deaths by a factor of ten which is absurd. I can see where some one might not report some minor adverse reactions but it’s foolish to think that can be applied to more serious reactions. Death for example.

so_real wrote: “In your mind every vaccine injury is fake and every covid death was a covid death regardless of the average 2.6 comorbidities like cancer, heart disease, diabetes, alzheimers, and advanced age.”

I do not claim that vaccines do not cause injuries in some cases. There isn’t a vaccine anywhere that has no side effects and some can be lethal. However, the vaccines prevent far more injuries than they cause.

Suppose you’re a juror on a murder trial. The defendant admits shooting the victim. The victim dies. Now how would you vote if the defendant claims he isn’t guilty, the victim had “cancer, heart disease, diabetes, alzheimers, and advanced age, and if the victim had been in better health he wouldn’t have died from the gunshot. How would you vote? Guilty or not guilty?
