I’m a 100% doubter, at least since the “some disinformation is necessary” post.
The only question I have is why didn’t Trump put a stop to it (just one tweet), ANYtime during his presidency.
It is a common tactic used by intelligence agencies.
Our intelligence agencies promised the Czech, Hungarians and Cubans that US support would come if they rebelled against communism.
They rebelled and we gave no support.
It was only meant to create revolutions against communism to discredit the leadership so the West could say how horrible they are and abusing human rights.
It is nothing new.
Ditto here... wondering how that JFK Jr sighting went in Dallas.
He was probably amused by it more than anything else.
QAnon also appeals to our desire for “hope” in times that seem hopeless.
We are waiting for a White Knight to ride in and save us, righting all the wrongs we perceive in one act.
We have this childish notion of being saved through movies/television’s indoctrination of our minds. Everything gets wrapped up nice and neatly and the good guys always win.
Reality is different. Throughout history it is the bad guys who win over the good with rare exceptions.
Or indeed, if Flynn is correct, operators.
All this noise for what? .0001% of the population that ever believed this crap? I think the real PsyOps is to make people believe it is a major movement.
I never got into Q, but have a good friend who did. My problem with the stuff he’d say is the solution was always to wait and trust the plan. Anything real would promote activism.
Whether its a disinformation campaign or just trolling for kicks, I’ve never seen it as a trustworthy source of info. But since the American people are being bald faced lied to by convention sources of information like big media and big tech, I can not fault those who were ready to believe in it, despite it being full of implausible assertions. I blame the liars.
People who are in a state of despair need hope and a sense of belonging to something important to reverse the conditions creating the despair. On Free Republic, the Threat Matrix threads filled that role after 9/11 as do the Q threads do now. Human nature.
This Daisy Chain is trying very hard to cast doubt in the midst of Q followers.
Is it possible that the FR is not tickled from time to time by a psyop thread?
Any time you read Qanon, you can be assured it is fake news. This whole reported call is fake news. Who was listening in? If you knew who Q is, then you would know the good guys have this. Draining the swamp always had to be a covert operation. Much to our disappointment in seeing the fireworks.
Providing a safe space for it here doesn't help.
QAnon was made up by the media.
For a brief period, I too was fooled... simply because it was easier for me to believe our military would step in to stop such a blatant foreign takeover of our election, than it was for me to believe 97% of our elected officials would stab America in the back.
I knew we had controlled opposition in the GOP.... but I didn’t realize it was all of them and that our military was that corrupt as well.
Apparently Trump himself was more of a puppet than a rogue patriot.
No the true PsyOps is to gaslight enough to believe that November 2020 was a free and fair Presidential election. We are Never Under Any Circumstances to believe that our votes were stolen and that people in our government would RIG an election for their benefit.
That's what I've always thought.
