The UK has said the variant found in South Africa has a spike protein that was dramatically different to the one in the original coronavirus that Covid-19 vaccines are based on.
The general population has a statistical Vitamin D3 mean of a little over 23 ng/mL. In other words, most of our country (and the world) is deficient. 30 would be the lowest a person would want to be, while 75 is in the top 2% of everybody. 80 is a goal that everybody should eventually strive for - not just for covid but all kinds of diseases.
