She is one of California's longest-serving congresswomen - and one of the richest - but Nancy Pelosi could be planning to ditch the Golden State for retirement in Florida, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Sources have told DailyMail.com Pelosi, 81, and husband Paul are splashing out $25m on a palatial six-bedroom mansion in Hobe Sound, Florida.
The stunning classical-style mansion boasts nine bathrooms, a 255ft private beach and a colonnaded courtyard.
Photos show the cream-painted property also has a kitchen finished with marble counter tops, a private cinema, gym and swimming pool, and sits in 2.5 acres of landscaped grounds.
Neighbors in the exclusive Jupiter Island community include Tiger Woods, who owns a house just down the road and Celine Dion.
Other big names with homes in the area include basketball legend Michael Jordan, Australian golfer Greg Norman and country star Alan Jackson.
The current owner of the home in question is Scott Tarriff – the boss of Eagle Pharmaceuticals which specializes in creating drugs to treat critical care and cancer patients.
Pelosi is one of the wealthiest members of Congress with a fortune of $29.3m according to an analysis of her financial disclosure forms by Roll Call.

I remember when lefty former senator Howard Metzenbaum moved from Ohio to Florida before croaking to avoid the (then in effect) 7% death tax.
For God’s sake, if you type in Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, or any other city in Palm Beach County you get the same exact results.
Pelosi is getting ready for retirement. I see her and husband Paul living in FL after she retires.

The biggest question of all is how does someone who has slopped at the public trough her entire adult life manage to afford a $25 million house.
As I said, her new house isn’t even in Jupiter (Palm Beach County), it’s on Jupiter Island (Martin County). Not picking on you, but the amount of disinformation posted on this forum about my town this past week is ridiculous.
Pelosi moving to Florida is not for her to escape the problems in California. It’s to infect Florida with her ideas.

IMO, PELOSI has aspirations to become VP once BIDEN exits the scene. She and HARRIS are both from California.
The President and Vice President cannot be from the same state. She chose Florida to live as a poke in the eye to POTUS 45 and the Sunshine State MAGA supporters.
