She is one of California's longest-serving congresswomen - and one of the richest - but Nancy Pelosi could be planning to ditch the Golden State for retirement in Florida, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Sources have told DailyMail.com Pelosi, 81, and husband Paul are splashing out $25m on a palatial six-bedroom mansion in Hobe Sound, Florida.
The stunning classical-style mansion boasts nine bathrooms, a 255ft private beach and a colonnaded courtyard.
Photos show the cream-painted property also has a kitchen finished with marble counter tops, a private cinema, gym and swimming pool, and sits in 2.5 acres of landscaped grounds.
Neighbors in the exclusive Jupiter Island community include Tiger Woods, who owns a house just down the road and Celine Dion.
Other big names with homes in the area include basketball legend Michael Jordan, Australian golfer Greg Norman and country star Alan Jackson.
The current owner of the home in question is Scott Tarriff – the boss of Eagle Pharmaceuticals which specializes in creating drugs to treat critical care and cancer patients.
Pelosi is one of the wealthiest members of Congress with a fortune of $29.3m according to an analysis of her financial disclosure forms by Roll Call.

She’s moving to a place to be only 45 minutes away from Donald Trump. What is that all about???
Funny how the commie left claims they hate Florida yet here you have Pelosi, on a congressional salary, being able to afford a 25 million dollar mansion in Florida..gee how did Pelosi earn all her money, insider trading between her and her goon of a husband
Pretty ritzy mansion for someone making $170k a year. Just saying…. Pelosi, let’s see YOUR tax records.
I hope she does not move to my part of FL. Actually, no part of FL.
So many of her Democrat peers are anti capitalism. None, to my knowledge, have spoken out about her ostentatious lifestyle that was funded by a capitalistic system
I wonder if she’ll claim she’s exempt from the laws that require her to turn off her lights for the sea turtles?

Avoidance of state income taxes and leaving the mess she helped to create in her home state, just like lots of other libs who are escaping the blue disasters.
Hope she gets eaten by an alligator
Newsflash: Dems are hypocrites. Every one of them.
Being a rich resident of San Francisco is a good way of getting lots of investment tips. Bouncing those tips off some smart friends and making a few phone calls to a stock broker is a good way to get much richer.

Or have an encounter with one of those nasty iguanas.
There goes the neighborhood.
I always thought she looked like a small skunk ape. Maybe she is just going home?
“... ditch the Golden State for retirement in Florida,”
29.3 mil?
Most places I see put her hoard at more like $120 to $1 70 mil, Tucker Carlson said $271 mil, Lawenforcementtoday dot com says up to 325 mil, I shut the page because of a pop up nuisance wanting me to sign up for their “newsletter” with no way to close it.
29.3 mil is chump change to that hag...her property taxes are more than most of us have ever made in a year, $140,000 just for her wackifornia mansions 3 years ago. When Trump’s tax bill took effect in Jan 2018, she was trying to prepay that, so she could deduct the whole amount one more time. Trump limited that deduction to the 1st $10,000.
She wants to get away from the same highest taxes in the country that she helped put in place. Probably wants out of the crime spree too...that she helped create...
The wicked witch from the West
Isn’t the bitch worried about global warming and the ocean rising? I hate these hypocrites.
The gall of liberals.
