Andrew Branca says 64 is a woman, the foreman & in his mind the only holdout. He says he spoke out about her being the kind of person who would be trouble during jury selection.

A Newsmax source reports that they overheard Kyle Rittenhouse’s attorney saying that he believed the jury is at a 6-6 split.
@MikeCarterTV
reports from the courthouse in Kenosha.

Interesting but he’s just guessing like the rest of us.

I doubt she’s the only hold out but she’s trouble for sure and trying to commandeer the jury, you can tell.

The kid is innocent. But “Nation’s hero?” That’s a bit of a stretch.

Arsonist were torching and destroying the town, and they want to put the only one who defended against these violent criminals and deviates in prison for life. That entire town should be out there supporting this young man as a hero.

I haven’t watched any of the Ahmed Arbery trial. It sounds extremely bad to me. The defendants would have an uphill battle convincing me they were defending themselves and provocation wasn’t an issue.

Kyle? As you said, “it is was absolutely self defense”!

“Interesting but he’s just guessing like the rest of us.”

He did have the advantage of watching the jurors during the trial and closing.

juror #54

* misspelled “Rossenbaum” and “Rittenhowse” — indicating selectively limited concern for accuracy in detail
* seems overly coy in interactions with judge
* seems to be building a relationship with judge
* may be angling for a positive, prejudiced answer from the judge to a future loaded question

"And she calls him “Mr. Rosebaum”. She sees his as a person she respects."

No, she doesn't respect him. She wants to appear polite to the Judge. Heck, she's kissing up to him...

This has been bugging me so I took a closer look.

She started to write "R" for Rittenhouse or Rossenbaum, erased it, then wrote "Mr" over it. Look closely at "M" in "Mr". There's a ghosting of the letter "R". Being polite was an afterthought.

She did misspell "Rittenhowse".

How do you KNOW this?

For what anyone here knows, the juror who asked for the instructions may be inclined toward acquittal, and hopes to convince others.

The instructions and the way they were initially conveyed by the Judge were pretty long and complicated. I can fully understand why someone might want to read them in peace and quiet, instead of in a jury room where all sorts of voices are disputing all sorts of things.

These people hold the life of a young man in their hands. I would be very disappointed if they didn’t want to understand everything completely, and do all that they could to ensure the best decision that they could make.

It’s easy to think and assume what you like when you’re on the outside looking in. Being on the inside represents a very different responsibility.

“Wow, so stupid. If someone is trying to kill you I would expect one would use every means necessary. Surely the jury is not that craven or stupid?”

It is all about whatever small legal technicalities they can muster up, even if they make absolutely no rational sense at all.

They are brainwashed. Over half the country is. But that is why this case is so important. It is going to set future precedent concerning the right of self defense. If the state prevails, this case will be used in future cases to remove the right of self defense and we will just “have to take your beating” as the prosecution implies and hope we live through it. It is another step towards outlawing self defense.

It has been a long time effort to make everyone a helpless victim. It aids in the population reduction agenda. The other half of the plan is to pretty much legalize crime. If you notice this has been happening also, prison releases, letting them walk free with no jail time, release with no bond, importing criminals, Etc. Even in this case the prosecution is defending the criminal rioters right to conduct criminal activity and beat who they like.

Pro-criminal activity and anti-self defense. All by design...

You’re welcome.

If it were up to me, the prosecutors would be disbarred and up on charges for what they’ve done in this case.

Yeah well... The only referee refuses to stop the fight because one fighter keeps repeatedly hitting below the belt.

I can’t believe anyone can give this judge one ounce of positive credit. All his “harsh warnings” mean absolutely nothing without any actions to back them up.

I noticed the erasures. They must not have very many sheets at the ready. I would have started a fresh one.

I would have started fresh or just left it as it was.
She must use a lot of pressure if she couldn’t erase without leaving a trace.
She may be a Climate person, recycle recycle recycle
OTOH, every piece of paper may be checked and she would have been questioned about it.

I still say she’s a “Green” person.
