If the state prevails, this case will be used in future cases to remove the right of self defense and we will just “have to take your beating” as the prosecution implies and hope we live through it. It is another step towards outlawing self defense.
It has been a long time effort to make everyone a helpless victim. It aids in the population reduction agenda. The other half of the plan is to pretty much legalize crime. If you notice this has been happening also, prison releases, letting them walk free with no jail time, release with no bond, importing criminals, Etc. Even in this case the prosecution is defending the criminal rioters right to conduct criminal activity and beat who they like.
