Hoping to see this thing wrap up soon with a favorable verdict for our nation's hero - Kyle Rittenhouse and some legal jeopardy for ADA Binger and his buddy Krause (aka Fatlock).
I’m just guessing here, but Rosenbaum was the only one who wasn’t armed. That might be the sticking point.
she used Mr.Rittenhouse too.
POS criminal child rapist is where he belongs
he wasn’t armed BUT was grabbing the gun ..the MIND SET of Kyle here means everything. Dumb ass jurors.
But if I shoot one guy, do the others have a right to be armed and take me down?
Doubtful. If I was referring to a boy raping mentally ill convict walking around using the N word and threatening to kill people, I wouldn’t call him anything except Rosenbaum.
self defense is reasonable fear of your life..I think after all that was going on and being attacked Kyle’s mindset was definitely one of being in fear of his life.
did the jury get to hear of this man’s past and his mindset?
I guess not, because once someone serves time or pays for their crime, it doesn’t matter.
Well she can’t call him Pedophile prick
That’s not how things work in courts.
“Well she can’t call him Pedophile prick”
LOL
best to save that particular name for Biden!!
So, has the judge excused the jurors for the night?
FWIW, details of self defense are slightly different from what you posted. I realize you may know all this, so just for the record:
Use of defensive force is allowed to be proportional to the threat
Use of deadly force is allowed if there is reasonable apprehension of serious injury, death, rape.
I don’t think it’s late enough there to knock off.
It is only 3:40 there. Also, I don’t think they have viewed the videos yet so it will probably go on tomorrow.
You think they would like to be done on Friday so they could go home and watch the fireworks this weekend.
That's the active shooter question.
Anybody in the public has the right to use deadly force against an active shooter, assuming the jurisdiction allows deadly force in defense of self AND OTHERS.
Only the police have a right to use force against somebody who is standing down.
Around 5:00 p.m.
Interesting tagline. Made me think about the Defense budget and Dept of Defense. When was the last time the military was used to defend anything but the wealth of the elite?
Unless the person is there for some nefarious, criminal reason, such as looting, rioting or arson. They would not be entitled to self defense claims at that point, from what I understand of the law in Wisconsin. Basically, if I rob a store or commit other criminal acts, and the store clerk pulls a gun so I shoot him/her, I couldn't claim self defense.
I’m beginning to believe that the Kenosha court house has some of the best lunches in town..and it’s free!
