A New Hampshire student-athlete is suing his school district after he was suspended from a football game for saying that there are “only two genders.”
The lawsuit, filed in Rockingham Superior Court, alleges that the September suspension violated the student’s Constitutional right to free speech and the New Hampshire Bill of Rights because he expressed his religious beliefs, Fox News reports.
The plaintiff is also seeking to block the enforcement of Exeter High School’s gender-nonconforming student’s policy because of what he calls an infringement on his First Amendment rights.
The district’s policy on transgender and gender nonconforming students “requires that all programs, activities, and employment practices be free from discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity.”

Two cultural halves of America getting closer to the line of warfare.
If someone suggested a person pray for their enemy I believe they would bristle, tense up and not do it.
I have a feeling the 1860s Americans weren’t this far apart; just didn’t agree on new territories and future states having slavery continue legally and so on.
I doubt they contended every point like people today. Just “at each other’s throats” as someone described the mask battles of common people in stores lately.
Northerners were certainly not boycotting Southern cotton and tobacco.
The civil war in the 1860s should have been fought with pulpits and Bibles and prayers. The division lost states rights. England defeated slavery without losing half her youth. This civil war needs to be fought with prayers,Scriptures and repentance. First to fight for right and freedom. That’s hard when perverted administrations redefine right and deny freedom. I tried to see how many opposed the Civil War before it started. Difficult to find.

Men have a penis and testes, women have a vagina. (Sorry for posting the obvious, but THESE DAYS, you can’t be sure what someone THINKS they know).
It’s that simple.

I think it was Mark Twain who said: “If you call a dog’s tail a leg, how many legs does a dog have? Four: calling a tail a leg doesn’t make it one”
What we appear to have now are not two sexes, not four! We have:
1) male (M), defined as having an X and a Y chromosome;
2) female (F), defined as having 2 X chromosomes;
3) fauxmale(FM), defined as having 2 X chromosomes with a male sexual orientation, and may have surgical modifications (e.g., breast reductions); and
4) fauxfemale (FF), defined as having an X and a Y chromosome, with a female orientation, and may have surgical modifications (e.g., breast augmentations).
If a FF claims to “really be F”, just remind them that every cell of their body has an X and Y chromosome, that they do not have ovaries or a uterus.
This clears up many problems (e.g., and FF cannot compete in F sports). No discrimination against sex or sexual orientations.
Give them what they want - their own sex! Problem solved.
The word is S-E-X.
Stop acting like children and use the correct word.
Humans are mammals.
Mammals have two sexes.
There are no hermaphrodite mammals.
We are neither God nor Nature.
