>>>Binger is a scumbag liar and typical sleaze Democrat.<<<
I bed that Adam Schiff is one of her personal super heroes . . . probably has a picture of him over his bed post.
The DOJ investigated this case with FBI agents interviewing folks at first.
DOJ just wrote an opinion referenced by the prosecution.
The FBI had high res video that they destroyed and handed over low res video that is the ONLY evidence referenced by the prosecutor in the closing. High res they could see what hpapened. Low res allowed their expert to ‘zoom in’ and modify the evidence.
Not just a corrupt DA’s office. This is bigger than them.
so some agree with you but too big of cowards to admit it on the board?? LOL
They might have gotten a wake up call from that tweet that showed where a liberal, after hearing the facts of the case, changed her mind and found herself supporting Kyle.
Could they be trying to keep stuff from their potential rioter friends?
His charging the defendant within 48 hours before he even had all the facts showed him to be a joke.>>>>>>>>>
I disagree,
He would be a joke only if he was not doing his crap with the full authority of the State of Wisconsin Justice Department.
Because Binger has that authority, its no joke, Seeing a Gestapo , Stalinist lawyer trying to ignore the Constitution to put a kid away makes Binger evil. And enemy of God and the People. Thats no joke.
I wish he only had the Authority of Saturday Night Live. Binger looks like a character actor off that show. I agree with you that he looks like a joke, an effing comedian characture of a lawyer, not a lawyer.
Binger done, taking 15 minute break then the defense is up, then Binger again.
Good points.
For the record: I would not drive my teenager or his friends to this town or let them be there given the danger. At any point Kyle or his buddies could have been killed by random thugs and it was an extremely dangerous place to be.
That said, he still has the right to self defense regardless of the manner in which he found himself at that time and place.
Would anyone here drive their son armed with an AR-15-style weapon to this town?
if so, might be lit up tonight if you’re nearby...
The quick charges were to tell others: DON’T come to our town and try to defend property or others.
The DA saw this as a big political score to help himself and hurt Trump as it played out in the national media.
Absolutely a crock. And the judge made it clear that Kyle's state of mind was what mattered - NOT what anyone else thought his state of mind should have been.
Absolutely.
Yep, the corruption in our government (municipal, state, and federal) runs very deep. The swamp that President Trump wanted to drain is gigantic and has been building for many decades. Not possible anymore to eliminate it, short of a gigantic shooting war which in and of itself might destroy the country.
Pardon my pessimism. I’m an old man and worn out.
Yep. Reasonable fear of death or serious injury, reasonable apprehension of death or serious injury, or similar.
Comes up in castle doctrine too, one is presumed to have reasonable fear if the threat is somebody breaking into your house.
Wisconsin statutory law does not use that phrasing, but I'd bet dollars to donuts that WI case law is riddled with it.
Binger, again????
Ugh!!!🙄
We have been on it since the beginning. It has been hard to swallow the whole argument from the goofiness and stupidity of the prosecution.
Wow, so many things wrong with your analysis! Two things are obvious…
1. It’s based on leftist talking points.
2. You are a weak individual, both emotionally and intellectually.
I think fishtalk may have just made his point poorly.
The gist seemed to me that fishtalk thought it was a bad idea for Kyle to be there in the first place. I wouldn’t want my 17-year-old son in a situation like that.
But that doesn’t make anything he did illegal or disqualify self defense in the situation he DID wind up in.
Fishtalk is weak and based their analysis on leftist talking points. They judge with they emotions and one of their emotions is fear of guns. Sad, really.
This to me is quite offensive. I spent so much time and money over Prosecuting the case. Then at the end of the trial, they can ask the court to include lesser charges along with their harsh penalty charges? That is ridiculous. Quite frankly, I’m surprised the courts don’t summarily reject the inclusion of lesser charges after testimony has been concluded.
That’s me...
...a weak individual, both emotionally and intellecturally.
Thank you for warning people about me.
