I don’t have any desire to insult you.
But this prosecutor seems more hung-up on the sound of his own voice than he is on winning the case. He’s alienating and insulting everyone witnessing this.
He may have managed to become a prosecutor - but he’s a lousy lawyer.
I never said it was wrong.
I question if it was a good idea.

If I remember from his testimony, he stated he was separated from his cohort to begin with, and went searching for him. I've never been in this situation, but the training I have received always has the same undertone: when it comes to situations like this, it is impossible to prepare for every single scenario. On top of that, you won't always have the time to make perfect decision when responding to something like this. In the heat of the moment, relying heavily on training will get you through. This certainly seems to be the case with Kyle. Had he been there simply to kill people, a lot more folks would be dead. He measured his responses, IMHO. And did what was necessary in the moment to keep himself safe.

Binger just made the claim that he was negligent because he did not take in mind that he placed bystanders in danger because of the ballistics and range of an AR .223. Then he turns around and contradicts himself and says that KR made no effort to fire any warning shots in the air to maybe prevent the end result.

Somewhere, I read a comment that described the Rittenhouse case as a sort of "Woke Litmus Test".
The facts are so clearly obvious, that if someone comes out against Rittenhouse, it's a pretty clear sign that they have adopted the bizarre and illogical traits of the so-called Woke Mob. Binger's closing argument illustrates how twisted the thoughts are, and how actions are either good or bad depending on the political motivations of the people taking the actions. For example, those who attacked Rittenhouse were doing something good, because he should not have been there with a "Big Gun".

The scary thing about this prosecution is the DOJ and FBI are involved. DOJ is writing legal commentary for the defense to follow. They likely dreamed up this provocation argument and turned over ‘low res’ footage two weeks ago the defense had never seen that’s the ENTIRE BASIS now for the prosecution.
