I imagine that Kyle will continue to smile and look relaxed during the trial knowing that the prosecutors are total idiots, and that Judge Schroeder will continue to make humorous insertions from the bench (probably because he already knows how this trial will end with a directed verdict of innocence).

Before Kyle broke down in tears, I noticed he would close his eyes as his mind relived each and every event.

Can someone tell me is Kyle on trial for just the first killing, both, or both and the shooting of person three?
He is charged in all three shootings, as well as a weapons charges for being underage, and another reckless endangerment charge.
All three and a few minor charges (carrying a weapon across state line - which he did not).
Two counts of first degree homicide, one attempted first degree homicide, illegal possession of a weapon by a minor.
I think Kyle was genuine during his breakdown on the stand just now. I really feel and pray for the kid. The prosecution is going to be ass ho on him but there is no way they are going to convict him on murder charges. He’s a brave young man. I’m praying hard that he makes the prosecution look terrible in the eyes of the jury by his honesty.

Yes, I saw that. The judge never said it was a “bad idea” for Kyle to testify. It was pretty standard judicial advice and confirming he was testifying of his own free will.
Didn’t take him long to start hounding the witness . . . prosecutor should have objected earlier.
