Recent developments have made it abundantly clear that the legislature should not have certified Wisconsin’s 10 electoral ballots on December 14, 20.

The Wisconsin legislature doesn't certify the election results, the state election board and the governor do.

It's not hard. Our sparsely populated state of North Dakota has a nearly perfect system.

On the back of your driver's license or state ID is a unique bar code. You must present this ID upon entering the polling facility.

The geezer greeter checks your photo and scans the ID into a state-wide system that immediately notifies the person that you are valid. I believe absentee ballots require a photocopy of the front and back of your ID and they are read they same way before the ballots are tallied.

The rest of the process is done off-line with paper ballots.

Reclaiming Electoral College ballots is a no-op. That water has coursed over the dam.

What's available is a quo warranto action in Fed court after the state's Governor declares the 2020 election indeterminate due to election fraud in order to to recall the Congressional members (Senate, House) sworn in as a result of the 2020 election. That state loses it's representation until the next Fed election.
