How to beat private/corporate vaccine mandates

"Short version: Private enforcement of vaccination is being done through Texas HHS's ImmTrac2 vaccine database and the CDC's IZ Gateway. Sever this connection.

Long Version

Texas HHS tracks instate vaccinations for children at schools. When COVID broke out, the CDC established data connections with each state to track vaccinations. This is done by an electronic file feed between our database and the CDC.

That electronic file feed is called the CDC IZ Gateway. Once the CDC has this data, they send it out to third parties, such as contractor ID.ME, and it is used for vaccine enforcement with private firms.

Physician reports to texas hhs via IMMTrac2

Filefeed from Texas HHS goes to CDC

CDC sends data to third parties

third parties sell data to companies for vaccine enforcement

If the governor doesn't want to fight this vaccine executive order in court, he simply has to order Texas HHS to sever the connection between the CDC and our database.

I have highlighted four entities that need to have their electronic connection severed immediately in yellow in the attached spreadsheet. The attached is a list of everyone with read/write access to Texas' Immtrac2. Click link below to view.

Steps the Governor should take:

1. Sever Connection to CDC IZ Gateway immediately. This will not impact school vaccine reporting.

2. Sever Connections to Pharma companies (no reason they should have access also if Immtrac2 is for school verification)

3. Conduct a thorough review of entities with connections to this database

4. Update Texas HHS connection agreement to prohibit “pass-through” data sharing.

School Districts and Health Care providers have full read access to Immtrac2, correct? So if you work for a health care provider or a school district, these entities could access your covid Vaccination status directly from Immtrac2, without having to purchase from a 3rd party, provided that you agreed to share this on the consent form signed at the time of vaccination.

However to your point, all other entities not on the list would have to purchase the data from these 3rd parties, unless you did not concede to share your vaccination status from Immtrac2. If this is correct, how could Immtrac2 share vaccine status with the CDC if you denied consent to share your vaccine status at time of vaccination? In this case, the most that anyone could see in the Immtrac2 database would be a consent denial to share your vaccine details. At most, there would be an indicator that you were vaccinated by way of your consent denial, but vaccine details would not be shared ??

The way to beat corporate vaccine mandates is to put a few large corporations out of business. If employees of airlines or hospitals walk out and don’t come back that will be the END of this fascism and going forward there will be plenty of other places to work. Give these fascist corporations time to collude and get on the same page and we will all live in a tyranny in which there is no escape.

During Veetnam, we had docs who would find something wrong with you that would exempt you from the draft. They would build up a genuine (if exaggerated) medical history for you to take to the draft physical. Not that I would ever do such a thing.
