I can’t see any dip sh*t politician/governor actually doing this in their state. It would require real balls. But this is where the fight will occur.
School Districts and Health Care providers have full read access to Immtrac2, correct? So if you work for a health care provider or a school district, these entities could access your covid Vaccination status directly from Immtrac2, without having to purchase from a 3rd party, provided that you agreed to share this on the consent form signed at the time of vaccination.
However to your point, all other entities not on the list would have to purchase the data from these 3rd parties, unless you did not concede to share your vaccination status from Immtrac2. If this is correct, how could Immtrac2 share vaccine status with the CDC if you denied consent to share your vaccine status at time of vaccination? In this case, the most that anyone could see in the Immtrac2 database would be a consent denial to share your vaccine details. At most, there would be an indicator that you were vaccinated by way of your consent denial, but vaccine details would not be shared ??

The way to beat corporate vaccine mandates is to put a few large corporations out of business. If employees of airlines or hospitals walk out and don’t come back that will be the END of this fascism and going forward there will be plenty of other places to work. Give these fascist corporations time to collude and get on the same page and we will all live in a tyranny in which there is no escape.
