Loudoun County schools are worse even than you imagined

The school called Smith but, when he arrived, told him they were going to handle the matter “in-house.” When the school eventually called the sheriff’s office, it wasn’t to arrest the alleged perpetrator (who later admitted the act) but was because Smith was making a scene—he wasn’t violent, but he launched obscenities at the principal. Still, the sheriff’s deputies took Smith’s daughter to a hospital, where a rape kit showed that she had, in fact, been sexually assaulted.

The principal then sent a message to the school community saying that, while the deputies had shown up at school, everyone at the school was fine. He made no mention of the fact that a sexual assault had occurred on campus.

Fast forward to June 22. Rosiak writes that, immediately before Smith’s arrest, the LCPS superintendent “lectured the public that concerns about the [proposed] transgender policy [on the agenda] were misplaced because the school system had no record of any assault occurring in any school bathroom.” That was followed by Jackie Schworm, a leftist activist, telling Smith she thought his daughter was lying and threatening to destroy his business. Smith responded angrily and suddenly found himself handcuffed and dragged across the floor with his pants trailing behind him, a perfect image for leftists of a violent, White, transphobic man.

The local prosecutor, a Soros-style activist who opposes “mass incarceration,” did her best to get Smith locked up. At this point, of course, she knew or should have known what happened to Smith’s daughter, for the suspect was charged and under house arrest.

My wife is a teacher in Loudoun. Loudoun was actually quite good until a few years ago. Then they started hiring woke superintendents. Now it’s a cesspool. In a few short years they ruined what was once one of the best school systems in the country. My wife is retiring after this year. She can’t wait to get out.

Not any more in Virginia. Too many minorities were being mandatorily referred to police. So my nice naive delegate (Dan Helmer) cosponsored and passed a bill that leaves it to the discretion of the principal. I call it the “Rapist Protection Act”.

Well considering the people of that county elect the school board and the school board appoints the Superintendent......

School officials are required by law to report child abuse even it is only suspected. Their failure to report a sexual assault to police is a serious crime. I hope these school board members and the superintendent are sued personally and any teachers involved lose their teaching license.

A trans youth rapes a young lady, and you think they will call the police?

That doesn’t happen very often on “normal” public schools. Oh, it gets reported, but they don’t let the police know if the assaulter is really good at basketball.

Happened at a local school. The parents of the girl DID call the cops, but they were forced to leave town. The school WAS NOT HAPPY to lose their star forward.

Unfortunately, they aren’t anymore.

“House Bill 257 allows school principals and superintendents to decide whether or not to report misdemeanor crimes committed by students on school property to law enforcement. This would include crimes like assault and battery, sexual assault, stalking, threats, firearm, drug and alcohol violations.”

I don't think the sentiment is restricted to Texas. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of Virginians that feel the same way.

I knew some leftards who lived in Loudoun Co. Empty nesters who lived in a 9,000 square foot house. 9,000 Sq Ft. They are all over the place out there - ugly as heck. I think the tards had their house foreclosed on when the market bubble burst and they had to move back west.
