this is the salient point in all this covid kerfuffle...the ‘mitigation’ has nothing to do with actually making people well, but with maintaining authoritarian control of the response...

The jabs were working great for the original strain. Once it mutated it became much less effective. Similar to flu, last years flu vaccine doesn’t work very well against this years new strain.....however it does off some protection (10% vs 50%). Probably not worth the side effects for the very healthy but likely beneficial for the frail.
Besides the mRNA vaccine is only give you antigens against the spike protein....not as effective as getting a dead piece of the virus with multiple antigen sites.....thus you can still get infected. That’s the price you pay for getting a rapid vaccine to market with this newer technology. Also a reason why they will not likely make flu shots based on mRNA.

Glad you got better quickly. You posting is an “anectdote”....similar to having a movie star tout some product on a TV commercial. Very weak science.
BTW: Controlled asthma and controlled blood pressure are minimal risks for covid. If you are obese, then that is a significant risk.

The same patient data being used multiple times for supposedly different people
Evidence that selection of patients for test groups was not random
Numbers unlikely to occur naturally
Percentages calculated incorrectly
Local health bodies unaware of the studies
Follow the money and examine the costs of both hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin coupled with zinc, and azithromycin, which are far cheaper. Then listen to doctors that are willing to risk everything to tell people the truth.
Perhaps that will cure your feeling inaccuracies. Not trying to be mean, I am trying to make you learn the truth, and to learn to quit relying on feelings. They are lying to us all, because their true agenda is not to cure people. Their agenda is to massively reduce the world's population.
You may believe, or have feelings, that I am some kind of nut job. But when you start doing the deep dive you will find that this is the trigger they are using to usher in the Great Reset. Look that up also, along with Agenda 2030.
Do you believe it was just a coincidence that they held a pandemic exercise in 2019 just months before Covid hit? What was the virus you ask? Why it was a new strain of deadly Coronavirus. It was named event 201, look that up too.

That wasn't my point. My point is that even if Ivermectin is ineffective, as long as it is safe, why is the media and authorities expending so much effort to suppress its use? My choice of aspirin in my example was simply used to illustrate the absurdity. Instead, use apples. What if the media and authorities pressured supermarkets to pull apples out of the stores because people consumed them as a preventative for Covid?
Another example: Some believe NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine), a dietary supplement, is a Covid preventative. Suddenly, Amazon has pulled all NAC from their site. Search for NAC on their site and you get a list of alternatives, but not NAC. As a comparison, search on the Walmart site and you will see tons of NAC for sale.
They are very careful to leave this claim unsourced.

agreed...so here we are, two years into this nonsense, and it appears there is no quick and proven cure...
those who determined early on the only way to go was to ride it out, weather the storm as best we could, and offer the best protection to the most susceptible, and acquire immunity from exposure were right; which was obvious to anybody who actually took the time to think about it...
The vaccines are exhibiting less effectiveness over time, regardless of the strain...and vaccine type matters.
Moderna trial study patients are entering their second year antibody positive, with no end in sight.

but there is some evidence. perhaps the insistence to not use the drug or run studies on its effectiveness has something to do with that.

They had to drop it or no vaccine for them, it’s in the contracts.
