President Biden begged vaccine-reluctant Americans to roll up their sleeves for COVID shots Saturday as he marked what he called a “painful milestone”: the 700,000th death associated with the coronavirus pandemic.
“We must not become numb to the sorrow,” Biden said in a statement issued by the White House. “We remember all those we have lost to this pandemic and we pray for their loved ones left behind who are missing a piece of their soul.”
He asserted that “we have made extraordinary progress in our fight against COVID-19 over the last eight months because of the vaccines.”
About 300,000 deaths were attributed to COVID-19 before vaccines began to be administered in December 2020. But another 400,000 deaths were added to the grim total in the 10 months since — leading to a higher average monthly death rate in the post-vaccine era than in the months before.

I still can’t quite explain why Western governments are willing to sacrifice so much for universal jabs. I’ve heard all the theories, but nothing makes complete sense, none of them add up.

So let me see if I have this right. It is now being reported that 90+% of cases in the U.S. are the Delta variant. Pfizer, Moderna, and JandJ, don’t work on the Delta variant. But if you don’t take the jab they’re going to put you out of work, ostracize you from society, and generally ruin your life. Is that about the size of it?
They created this false media narrative where everything is failing because of Covid. In their world they believe everything is failing not because of their bad public and fiscal policies but because of Covid.
They really think everything will just work out ok for them if they find a way to end Covid.

It looks a bit worse possibly. I got my start under Carter and did fine. The economy was producing and land prices easily outran inflation. But now the number seem to be forecasting a slowing of economic activity, we can all name the reasons.
Can’t tell how that will play out, so many variables are unpredictable these days.

Progress? How do they quantify progress? Nothing whatever has changed. Except we’ve all had covid anyway.
1) The vaccine does not prevent the spread of Covid.
2) The vaccine does not prevent any individual from contracting Covid.
3) The vaccine ONLY mitigates Covid symptoms.
This constant refrain that everyone must get vaccinated to stop Covid is utterly false.
We know nothing absolutely nothing they say or do or report is true.
I agree. The most logical thought I can come up with is that those in charge (be they Deep Staters, or One Worlders, or Satan's mininons) want the people to become slaves to those who run the Government. All of these lockdowns, and edicts, and vaccination mandates, have nothing to do about health. The death numbers are probably inflated by 10X, so yeah - a bad bug - but nothing that merits this hysteria.
The shots really don't work as advertised (they don't prevent illnesses, they don't prevent death, and they don't prevent the spreading of the illnesses), and if anything, they probably cause more deaths and damage than benefits.
So yeah, it is weird. Like I said, these draconian measures have nothing to do about health - they are due to some other purpose - the end result being that we forfeit our liberty and freedoms.
The covid numbers have absolutely no credibility. They have lied so much that anyone who can think rationally has to wonder just what the facts really are.
So, yes, whoever takes the government numbers as literal fact does not think rationally.
