Then-Attorney General William Barr reportedly told then-President Trump that suburban voters “think you are a f---ing asshole” and urged the president to change his image in order to win reelection, Washington Post journalist Bob Woodward said in an interview on Wednesday, detailing an episode from his new book, “Peril.”
“He wanted Trump to win in 2020, last year, but he gave him some very candid advice. And Barr said in an extraordinary meeting with Trump last year — President Trump — Barr said, ‘I travel around the country as much as any Cabinet officer, and you have support there. I talked to your supporters. But Mr. President, let me tell you: They think you are a f---ing asshole,’” Woodward told PBS.

A lot of people do think DJT is an asshole and to some of them, no matter how misguided they are, that’s more important than any policy decisions.
That’s politics.
Barr should travel around now & see what people think of him after he stabbed Trump in the back.
Might have been honest advice, but it wasn’t the ‘burbs that croaked Trump, it was the inner cities where you could stuff 100,000 Biden ballots and it woulkd blend in.

LOL, according to Team America, I would say Trump is a “D__k”. And the Republicans, are “P_____s” and the Democrats are “A_____s”
I do think Barr is a f-—king arsehole. An fat useless bag of wind. He can shove his pipes up his ample petard.
There was only one "f---ing a--hole" in that meeting - and it wasn't the president.
So many of Trump’s appointees were total washouts, Barr chief among them. He can’t afford to make these mistakes next time
I certainly know a lot of ‘suburban voters’ who would agree with Woodward...don’t underestimate just how pathetic many people are.
He is an azzhole. That’s why people liked him so much. He was an azzhole to the right people.
He probably travelled all the way out to Laurel Maryland and Fairfax Virginia to get those opinions.....
