Scoop: Sources say Beto plans Texas comeback in governor’s race
Axios ^ | Sept 19, 2021 | Hans Nichols

Former Rep. Beto O’Rourke is preparing to run for governor of Texas in 2022, with an announcement expected later this year, Texas political operatives tell Axios.

Why it matters: O'Rourke's entry would give Democrats a high-profile candidate with a national fundraising network to challenge Republican Gov. Greg Abbott — and give O’Rourke, a former three-term congressman from El Paso and 2020 presidential candidate and voting rights activist, a path to a political comeback.

Fool proof ballot harvesting system from International Harvester. Plus Beto will ride all the Hispanic votes and Dementia Joe’s coat-tails right into the Governor’s mansion

“Does he put America First?”

I seriously doubt it since he is an actor. My guess is anything as trivial as the United states will come right after Me, Myself & I.

Effin Beto... Like a bad penny he keeps coming back. Has this maggot spent the last few years skateboarding? BTW I think his fundraising networking ain’t what it used to be.

If there ever was a useless eater it is Beto.

I don’t know of any Texan who would vote for this lunatic.

Maybe he should move to CA and run. I’m being sarcastic, of course.

I do. They are all women. Women were the ones supporting Beta Male, not hispanics.

“but there are those Jon Voights, Kelsey Grammers, limited etcs.”

Very true but all are well beyond their “Best Use By” dates.

Not likely.

The Texas governor election is next year, the same day as the mid-term congressional election. It is shaping up to be another Republican tidal wave election like 1994 (two years after Bubba Clinton was first elected) and 2010 (two years after the Obamanation was first elected). In both elections, the Republicans swept the U.S. House and Senate, a majority of the governorships and a majority of the state legislatures.

Of course, the Republicans then pissed it all away, but that is a different matter.

This is why so many Republicans are already lining up to run against Abbott in the primary. Whoever wins the Republican nomination will be swept into office by the 2022 Republican tidal wave.

Overflow of Dems in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, el Paso (I’ll add Austin)....

McLintock lines:
“A cull is a specimen that is so worthless that you have to cut him out of the herd. Now if all the people in the world were put in one herd, Cuthbert is the one I would throw a rope at. George Washington McLintock : And I am *not* intoxicated....”

Beto would get a lot of votes from the big cities because of the libs and illegals who live there. Outside of the big city counties, he wouldn’t stand a chance.

Wait, I thought Beato was supposed to be coming to my door to “buyback” my AR-15’s and AK-47’s at Joseph Stolen’s behest.

How can he do that and be the Governor of Texas?

The Voigts and Grammars are a breed that is being locked out of Hollyweird these days.
The actors/actresses who aren’t ardent leftists have to be quiet and hope they aren’t found out. If they are found out, no more work.
If an actor is working, then peg them as a liberal.

Beto barely lost to Cruz a few years ago. Texaa is rapidly moving towards Democrats.

For a Democrat to win in Texas, it would have to be someone like Roy Cooper (Governor of North Carolina). Someone who "appears" to be a Conservative Democrat (even though he's not). Beto is a flaming liberal.
