I don’t think any of this stuff really matters. It’s clear now the executive branch did pretty much whatever they wanted while Trump was POTUS. He was mostly POTUS in name only due to the lack of support from his own party.

They've been on this since the "election", they've got the receipts and just delivered them to the responsible law enforcement parties within the last two-three weeks.

Trump lost Nassau county by 70,000 votes after losing it by 40,000 4 years earlier.
Trump won Suffolk county by only 200 votes. In 2016 he won it by 47,000 votes.
This underperformance was replicated in most suburbs across the country.
