On Monday’s broadcast of CNN’s “Situation Room,” House Foreign Affairs Committee Ranking Member Michael McCaul (R-TX) stated that there are around 10,000 interpreters who worked with U.S. forces still in Afghanistan, and they “are gone. The Taliban will not allow them to leave.” And are “already being executed.”
McCaul said, “The interpreters who worked with our special forces, they are gone. The Taliban will not allow them to leave.”
Host Wolf Blitzer then cut in to ask McCaul if he was referring to SIV holders.
McCaul responded, “Special Immigrant Visas, these are the guys that worked right with our special forces. The Taliban views them as the worst of the worst. Because they betrayed, in their view, their country and they worked with the infidel.”
Blitzer then asked, “How many people are you talking about?”
McCaul answered, “We’re — about 10,000, and if you multiply it by family, that’s about three times that.”
Blitzer then asked, “So, you think they’re going to be stuck? They’re never going to get out?”
McCaul responded, “They’re already being executed. We’re already getting stories of families and interpreters being executed by the Taliban.”

McCaul is saying 10,000 interpreters worked with the special forces? Did each operator have his own personal “interpreter?” This whole thing makes no sense at all.
And I was looking so forward to supporting them for the rest of their lives with my tax dollars. Dang!

I remember ex Presidential candidate Adlai E. Stevenson who said the lying he had to do about Vietnam to the United Nations took years off his life in shame.
I agree it makes no sense. And the interpreters took on a paying job helping America help Afghanistan. I keeping hearing how various Afghans were helping America. But the only thing America was doing there was helping Afghanistan. The interpreters were paid cash and not one of them was promised a new life in America. Harsh? Yes. But worse would be taking in 10,000 more Afghans and then their families too, and all the security risks that would come with that. No way.
Every single enemy combatant democrap involved in this plan to leave people in Afghanistan should have to answer for these crimes against humanity. That includes the deaths of those abandoned in Afghanistan and the 11,000+ killed by the clot shot plus all those maimed for life by the clot shot.
Federal allows for the death penalty which these people have earned many times over.
State dept for years have worked against anything positive America.

That was back when a few democrats still had something akin to a conscience. The present crop are notably without a shred of such. Plus the modern democrats hate everything America stands for.
When it comes to Afghanistan there why there has been a refusal to cite any religious purposes claimed by their actions When the 911 action was done by the Taliban That reasoning Perhaps began when President Bush was urged to be refrained from using the term crusade to fight them . Which was followed up not only by the media and the so called (in name only) democratic party but later by by Christian leaders like Pope Francis refusing to approach exposing the Taliban for it being a theocracy following the sharia creed which denies free will and ridicule their claim they are authorized by Our Creator to execute non believers. but instead brags about working with them.
If that exposure was explored and the emphasis was placed on Our Savior’s activities bringing in the New Covenant there would be more conversions.
