Here's who loves Biden's vaccine mandate: The companies that have to enforce it
CNN Fake News ^ | 10 September 2021 | David Goldman

Posted on 09/10/2021 9:24:51 AM PDT by Magnatron

President Joe Biden gave a gift to every major company in America by forcing them to mandate vaccines or stringently test their employees for Covid. Their reaction to the new rule: glee. Corporate America had been trying to navigate two competing pandemic realities: Companies are desperately trying to get back to business as usual, and mandating vaccines is among the best ways to accomplish that. But a labor shortage had tied their hands, as businesses have been worried that forcing people to get the shot would send some desperately needed employees and potential new hires packing. Some state and local governments had imposed various vaccine mandates, others had outright banned them — and all the while vaccines have also become politically charged.

All that made universal corporate vaccine mandates difficult for employers. But Biden solved that problem for them this week.

The Biden administration's new rule puts every American company with 100 or more employees in the same boat: All must get tough on their workers. If big companies want to do business in America, they have to help stop Covid from spreading.

That gives the Walmarts of the world the arsenal they need to fix their biggest pandemic quandary. Employees have to get vaccinated or frequently tested, and companies don't have to worry about losing them to a rival.

"While many companies will challenge the plan in courts, many others will likely let out a sigh of relief," said John Challenger, CEO of outplacement services company Challenger Gray & Christmas. "One of the most difficult problems for companies to tackle during this pandemic, among many, was the ever-changing and sometimes conflicting directives from local, state, and federal agencies."

I wonder if industries like manufacturing will either move overseas is they aren’t already or hire illegals/Afghani migrants who seem to be exempt from our laws to deal with the losses?

I’ve been waiting for that shoe to drop.

We’re still WFH with a prospective limited schedule in office starting mid-October. The company is predictably woke and the forced jab conversation has come up a couple times in meetings. At this time there are “no plans” for that requirement.

Everyone must be masked. The current plan for the unvaxxedd will be weekly testing via home self test kits, special office seating and other shunning arrangements for the office.

Do Philly and Chicago still have those soda taxes? CNN loved those too.

Correct, and what I described too (sorry if unclear).

The owner of my company has been looking for cover to do this for awhile. Now that he has it, I’m expecting the hammer to come down. The lawyers are meeting today and it’s on the agenda. As one of the oldest people in this company at 52, this will effectively end my career. My wife and I are both of the same mind...thankfully her business can support us. But the purpose of this is to ruin our lives if we oppose the Jab. I’ll be lucky to get a job flipping burgers now. So angry right now.

Learn to read at a college level. Also it’s 100% fake news that the current stock is still under EUA and only the labeled new vials of Comirnaty are approved that’s absolutely false what was approved is identical to what is and was produced it’s ALL approved for 16 years age and older. With an extended EUA for 12 -15 yo every vial of Pfizer has a BLA now regardless of if it is labeled as Comirnaty. Anyone saying differently is wrong the FDA has said the very same thing in the record and with legal force of the FDA charter.

Here is the full text of Pfizer biologics licence.

You are wrong provide a legal document showing that Pfizer is still under an EUA for 16+ year olds.

Here is a legal document showing it has a full biologics licence for 16+ year olds.

https://www.fda.gov/media/151710/download

Anything else you post without a federal level document is fake news.

The current EUA is for 12 to 15 year olds that is clear in the federal document.

NO—they are not happy-—

They get put into the spotlight as the bad guy...

And they are losing well trained employees.

Better to have work from home for as many as possible.

CNN is peddling complete crap.

What Fuhrer Biden did yesterday was transfer liability for the damages vaccines cause (and no vaccine is 100% safe) from Big Pharma -- who donated to him in the millions and millions of dollars -- to businesses large and small.

How do we know this to be true?

Simple: Did anyone hear that businesses large and small across these United States have liability protection from damages the vaccines cause?

Anyone?

Of course you didn't hear that. And that's exactly why every single employer across America now has a financial burden THEY DO NOT WANT.

On the one hand, Big Federal Government is promising to fine every business who doesn't comply with the "mandate" $14,000 for every un-vaccinated employee.

On the other hand, these same business' are going to lose some number of employees in a very hot job market, and face the rising costs of having to replace them. Second and more importantly, any employer who forces employees to get vaccinated to keep their jobs and that employee suffers an injury from the vaccine can then sue that employer.

But wait, there's more!

Firing un-vaccinated employees carries its own set of risks including wrongful termination due to Fuhrer Biden's un-Constiutional mandate which as I type is being challenged via numerous state lawsuits against Biden.

And then there's the cost to recruit, hire, train replacement employees which in itself is a significant financial burden for most if not all businesses large and small.

Let's talk about Hospitals here for a minute while I'm at it. An estimated 25-30% of medical workers are un-vaccinated and many of them may choose to stay that way. Now what? They get fired and there's a large gap in skilled doctors, nurses, nursing assistants and other healthcare-related workers across the board creating a SHORTAGE in Health Care. A Health Care system that's already strained cannot survive 25-30% reduction of force. One might think this part of the mandate is by design: to collapse, then takeover and implement socialized medicine for all. I don't think that's far-fetched at all.

So do businesses really love Biden's "mandate?" Nope. Not really.

You could learn to communicate without sounding like an ass, but I doubt it.

Does the J&J shot have FDA approval, too? Moderna? People aren’t all getting what you say is “approved”.

If you are telling me that Pfizer now has legal liability for adverse reactions and that recipients are informed of what these are, that is news to me, also.

" There is a fair amount of us I think that will take being fired over getting forced. The speciality manufacturing facility is tight on people as it is and any real losses, lights go out. "

The problem here like anything in war time is of the essence. Walkouts if they are to be effective have to be done now while there are still options for those that walk out. Right now there are plenty of other places to work other than Walmart( I'm not picking on Walmart I'm just using them as an example). If people wait, the big companies will all be on the same page and there will be fewer and fewer options for the employees. Right now the advantage is with the workers. In six months that could be entirely different.

Some say they will wait until they get fired. Well that's fine except these companies and the commie infested government are not dumb. They won't fire 20% of their staff at once. They will slowly thin the ranks until the chances of those that remain of finding another job are slim. Then they can force the mandate. Waiting to get fired is not going to be a stronger position. People will have to make up their minds but understand the window for effective resistance is going to close very fast.

I have two recommendations for your consideration.

(1) Make a phone call to a labor attorney and discuss your options. It never hurts to ask the question.

(2) Request to be a contract employee—if your service is valuable the company might be willing to go that way.

It’s not fake news. There has been plenty of information out there about it, but I’m not surprised you are countering it.

Xiden has just served up OPPORTUNITY to us, if we can see the possibilities. Example:

“If you are “vaccinated” (in air quotes) we’d enjoy it if you’d shop elsewhere, at the big, soulless, uncaring, corporate box store, because you are obviously too much of a pV55y to research and think for yourself.”

- it is not a vaccine, nor was it ever
- it doesn’t stay in the deltoid region
- it wrecks your immune system by design
- it doesn’t protect you from the virus
- it doesn’t keep you from infecting others
- “clot shot” isn’t an attempt at humor— it is because of horror

Now go start your own business with 99 or less and make a ton of money.

Thank you. I get the impression that several here do. They seem never to help by answering real questions. Most involved with this are not doctors or microbiologists or lawyers.

I am so grateful that Free Republic exists, and that there is some level of communication more open than the dreck on television or censored “social media”.
