AP reporting up to 200 abandoned. The general in charge claims more. Do your own math.
At the time of the ABC interview, the Biden position was there were 15,000 Americans stranded. According to progressive CNBC, 5,500 Americans airlifted. 15,000 minus 5,500 is 9,500 unaccounted for Americans.
That is more than all killed US Troops killed in the twenty years (~2,400)
The key here is the oft quoted phrase, “Those who wanted to leave”.
If you didn’t come to the airport you must have wanted to stay.
That’s more than all the troops killed in Afghanistan and Iraq, and 9/11 civilian deaths.
My bad, that’s about 10,000 total.
Still more than troops KIA in Iraq and Afghanistan.
“..the Biden position was there were 15,000 Americans stranded.”
There is great cause for hope then that AP is right.
When was Biden ever right about anything?
“If you didn’t come to the airport you must have wanted to stay.”
They’ve been telling Americans in Afghanistan for days not to come to the airport and stay away from the airport: https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3990470/posts
When negotiations begin to bring back our hostages the exchange needs to begin with members of the Xiden family and carried out through the entire administration. Then the media. Not only then will we bring back the abandoned Americans, we can begin to heal and restore America.
They have had a choice since April 30th and then July 2nd. The dogs didn’t.
Then there’s this.....

They can’t even confirm the 6,000 Americans number. Blinken said they “self-identified” as Americans.
And Psaki also stated, “Of those who self-identified as Americans wanting to leave the country since Aug. 14, we have thus far received confirmation that about 6,000 have been evacuated or otherwise departed.”
But most dogs are more loyal than our #ComDem's.
I hope they get back and get a few minutes to meet joe stolen one-on-one.
The U.S. has been in Korea over 60 years guess what idea Biden will have next.
