President Joe Biden hosted executives from top car companies at an event discussing clean cars and trucks on Thursday. Top electric car company Tesla was noticeably absent.
Biden unveiled a reversal of "the previous administration's short-sighted rollback of vehicle emissions and efficiency standards," during the speech.
Elon Musk, founder of Tesla, as well as news outlets, noted their surprise in the car company being excluded from such an event. "Yeah, seems odd that Tesla wasn't invited," Musk wrote on Twitter Thursday morning.

Ol’ Xiden called Trump’s move a rollback. If I recall correctly, Trump just simply froze the CAFE standard at 37 mpg; it was a freeze, not a full rollback.

Not odd at all. When Elon told Kalifornia to Go Pound Sand and relocated to the Free State of Texas, the Communist Dems took notice. When Elon declared that the ONLY country on Earth he could accomplish what he has accomplished, the Dems took notice. Musk may not be a Conservative but, he is NOT a Socialist/Communist wannabe and the Dems took notice.
