Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, said the state Senate doesn’t have the ability to recall electors for the Nov. 3, 2020, election, after a fellow Republican lawmaker called for new elections.
Fann told One America News Network (OANN), which has been covering the audit of Maricopa County, that the upper chamber has the ability to provide auditors with the materials they need—including through the use of subpoenas—but the certification of electors is a different matter.
“The Senate body—we do not have the authority to do that. So, this is what we have said, and I want to make this very clear on the record,” the Republican state leader said on July 16.
Fann’s comments came as former President Donald Trump issued a statement declaring that the audit revealed there were irregularities and fraud that would have swayed the election in his favor last year. On July 15, the Senate held a hearing in the midst of a months-long review carried out by Florida-based tech firm Cyber Ninjas and teams told lawmakers they discovered discrepancies.
Doug Logan, CEO of Cyber Ninjas, told senators that auditors couldn’t find any record of Maricopa County sending more than 74,000 mail-in ballots and also discovered that around 18,000 people voted, but were taken off voter rolls “soon after the election.” He also noted that there were “11,326 people who were not on the voter rolls on Nov. 7, 2020, but appeared on the rolls on Dec. 4, 2020, and 3,981 people who voted after registering after Oct. 15, 2020.”

It is always a repugnic-nt that swoops in to deliver the kill shot.
They can publish an audit report that exposes the fraud in the 2020 election , demonstrates that Trump almost certainly won the Az election.
Based on the audit results they can make criminal referrals to the Az Attny General, pass election reform laws to prevent a repeat of 2020s stolen election, impeach and remove from office any responsible elected officials, met out any legislative discipline and pass a resolution presenting the audit results and proclaiming President the Trump the True winner of the 2020 election.
They may be able to recall Mark Kelly but that would probably be a long drawn out affair that would go past Kelly's 2022 general election
The real fix is for President Trump to sue to invalidate the election due to fraud - an option not open to the Az Senate.
This is truly uncharted territory and there would probably be several visits to the US Supreme Court to litigate a host of Constitutional issues, most significantly, the fact the the President of the US is immune to prosecution and most legal challenges after being sworn into office.
Same for McSally but don't count on her having the guts to go there. She may try for a sympathy rematch in 2022 but I don't think she would make it through the primaries given the history.
Like it or not - we will be stuck with Biden for the near term future.
The cleanest way to unseat Biden is for Trump to run for Congress - he will win and hopefully bring with him a new batch of House members who will elect him Speaker. Add to that a new batch in the Senate
Biden and Harris can be impeached and removed from office for fraud and Trump would, by operation of law, become President. This would require a massive wave of public support from the American public and make the 2022 election a referendum on reversing the 2020 election steal
She isn’t threatening to stop or block the recall of electors, she’s saying that the AZ State Senate lacks the statutory authority to recall electors. Which is 100% correct. That you think that the AZ State Senate committed treason for following state law is insane.
And if they had the authority (which they don’t) - they certainly don’t have the votes.

Every effort has been made to drag it out as long as possible, and now Bannon's starting to talk about taking it to all 50 states.
And conveniently enough there are organizations in each of those states where you can give money or more importantly register your contact information so you'll be an easy money target going forward.
In the meantime, the states are dealing with the reality they grasped on Nov. 4th. The election's over and the only people saying otherwise are doing it for their own purposes, not ours.

Sadly, yes. Senator Fann is not saying it as a positive outcome. She’s saying the AZ Senate can’t do anything further under the law.
The courts have considered this argument repeatedly. They have repeatedly ruled that elections have to have an end, even if the outcome was ugly, probably illegal, and unfair. But the alternative was unending election litigation.
This approach has worked for over two hundred years, but it may not survive the election of 2020. The 2020 election is over, period. The next election gives us an opportunity to right the wrongs of 2020, but don’t expect anyone to help us, especially the courts, the FBI or either of the two political parties.
But, we have the ultimate power and we can overwhelm the enemies of the Republic, but we have to decide to make a stand. If we don’t, then Joe Biden will be replaced by Hunter Biden and then by his illegitimate children.

If the rules established for presidential elections were blatantly and callously ignored in the 2020 election, what is the basis for your belief that they will not be ignored in the 2024 election?

The way that this will be righted is with devastating Dem losses in ‘22 and ‘24 delivered by an angry public. Yes, of course, the Dems will cheat again in their time-honored and customary ways, but it will be impossible for them to achieve the scale of 2020 again, IMO.
Then the gopes will, no doubt, waste another opportunity to undo at least some of the damage.
Unfortunately, the “framers” did not write the Constitution with adequate protections from entrenched and pernicious corruption. It was probably unimaginable at the time.
