The courts have considered this argument repeatedly. They have repeatedly ruled that elections have to have an end, even if the outcome was ugly, probably illegal, and unfair. But the alternative was unending election litigation.
This approach has worked for over two hundred years, but it may not survive the election of 2020. The 2020 election is over, period. The next election gives us an opportunity to right the wrongs of 2020, but don’t expect anyone to help us, especially the courts, the FBI or either of the two political parties.
But, we have the ultimate power and we can overwhelm the enemies of the Republic, but we have to decide to make a stand. If we don’t, then Joe Biden will be replaced by Hunter Biden and then by his illegitimate children.
This promises to be very interesting. What, pray tell, do you propose we do?
The evidence was never litigated. It takes many months to audit an election and gather evidence. If there are such rulings that say "the election litigation must end in such a short period of time", then such rulings allow for perpetual fraud.
