Gun-toting attorney Mark McCloskey has shown off his new rifle just two days after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges and agreeing to surrender the weapon he pointed unarmed Black Lives Matter protesters.
‘Checking out my new AR,’ reads the caption. McCloskey is seen in the photos wearing a curt smile and brandishing the weapon with a finger just above the trigger. One photo also includes his wife Patricia giving a thumbs up.
The gun-toting St. Louis couple, both personal injury attorneys in their 60s, appeared in court Thursday where they admitted to a judge that their actions had put peaceful protesters at risk of serious injury.

It is a flat top...
Brits really are a bunch of bedwetters.
“I’m not talking about going into battle. What does that have to do with anything? Nothing. What does that have to do with this case? Nothing.
This was about him and his wife being wrongly charged, wrongly prosecuted, the State Attorney getting the cops to tamper with evidence.”
I do believe we are talking past each other. You are right it’s about the court case. I just think it should end there-stay in Missouri. I’m bringing up the cashing in on victimhood like Christine Craft did. What does she have to do with this? Both ‘victims’ make me laugh.
“I hope that they are paying attention to who has their backs - the left or the right. Which side has dogged, damaged, and persecuted them and which side has defended them, even though they don’t share our political views?”
Fox News had Juan Williams’ back when PBS humiliated him. Did he owe us or Fox? Some people enjoy being used like that-especially if there’s money in it. Let them dig themselves out of their own hole.
Nah, He’s now a protected person, not a prohibited one. Awaiting a pardon from the Gov. Running for office etc.
Any harassment now would simply play towards a cry of unfair and malicious prosecution. Besides, they both have no record that would prevent them from federal purchases/NICS.
“first thing he does is prove he is afraid to fight because he might lose”
I don’t know about afraid, maybe it’s more like discretion is the better part of honor. The spec ops do it all the time. If they’re in a situation where it ain’t looking good they bug out and wait for a better opportunity.
A ballbat with a protest sign affixed dies not constitute a weapon.
Have you ever used or seen the bullet laser. Looks like a bullet but when you put it in the chamber the laser comes on through the barrel and you can line up the sights. Supposed to be pretty good but haven’t used it yet.
Side note, is it true that her gun was inoperable?
×××
From what I remember, it was disabled so it could be brought into a courtroom to be used as evidence or in a demonstration in a case. Often not hard to just remove the firing pin.
That said, I thought it was not smart for her to confront an angry mob with a disabled gun. Not to mention her distinctly unsafe handling of said gun...
I like this guy!
Good for both of ‘em... Our list of culture heroes grows by two...
“but he already proved he’s not a fighter by taking a plea bargain. No sale.”
As an experienced tort/trial lawyer, he also knows the mentality of the likely jury pool, and that the same jurors who render million dollar verdicts for a broken finger, will think nothing of sending a rich white man to the pokey, regardless of the law or the facts.
They need to spend some money on firearm lessons for her before she handles another gun.
So he’s moved into gun porn!
Has he taken any instruction in handling, situations and cover? Cause he looked like a total doof on his porch.
If he only had 20 rounds in the mag but the crowd is 150, what’s his plan when empty?
any time you go to trial it is a crap shoot and is expensive. you can lose a criminal case and not be guilty of anything just the jury not liking you or comprehending the case...
Yes
Buy something you don’t mind losing
That Wilson is rich
5300 new in 45
Crazy money
Too far back from the muzzle for the purpose.
Has anyone put out a line of accessories to make use of otherwise useless bayonet lugs?
Full disclosure: I have one, similarly located, on my rifle.
