What Difference Does Proving a Stolen Election Make? All the Difference in the World

Remember that famous Hillary Clinton line about Benghazi? She asked, "What difference does it make?" She meant it's over; it's old news; why rehash it now? Nothing will change. Of course, that was convenient for Clinton and former President Barack Obama. They lied, and heroes died at Benghazi. The last thing Clinton or Obama wanted was an investigation.

Democrats are saying the same thing now about the 2020 election. They say: "What difference does it make? Donald Trump lost. It's over. The election is certified. Joe Biden is the president. Nothing will change. You're all wasting your time." Again, that's pretty convenient.

We are a nation of laws. That's what made America the greatest nation in world history. Without laws, investigations, arrests and convictions, we might as well be Haiti, or Cuba, or Venezuela, or Zimbabwe, or Mexico or any other lawless socialist hellhole around the world. Where people live in misery and malaise, with no rights, while the government, despots and ruthless criminals do whatever they want to the people.

We are America. We can't let that happen. We must investigate and pursue justice, no matter where it leads.

Forensic audits will uncover the truth. And the truth will set us free. The truth will prove -- even to Democrats and dummies (I know, I repeat myself) -- that we were right. Trump was cheated. The election was rigged and stolen. Trump is the real president. Biden is not the rightful president of the United States.

You can feel it. The tide has turned. We are so close to proving Arizona and Georgia were stolen. Some legislators from other states want to plan forensic audits. Soon all the dominoes will fall.

Proving the election was stolen will make all the difference in the world. Of course, Democrats and the fake news media frauds know that. That's precisely what they're so afraid of. They're scared to death the truth is about to come out.

And yes, they're scared to death because they don't know where this will lead; they don't know what the citizens will do once they realize the election was rigged and stolen.

Democrats will say it's too late. They will argue: "Nothing can be done. Stolen election or not, Biden is president, end of story. Tough luck." I'm not an elections lawyer or a constitutional scholar. I'll leave the question of whether Trump can be reinstated as president up to legal experts.

But I know this: Bad things will happen to the Democrats if it's proven they stole the election. All hell will break loose. Democrats are in a world of trouble, and they know it.

On the minor scale, here's some of the things I could imagine happening next:

Once we can prove the election was stolen, Democrats are finished. This is like when a famous business mogul and philanthropist is found to be a criminal who stole everyone's money. Ask Bernie Madoff. Everyone hates you for the rest of all time. You can never walk out of your home again. You can't show your face in public. People scream "shame" at you wherever you go. Your legacy is destroyed forever.

Lawsuits will fly. Legal fees will cripple the Biden administration and the Democratic Party. Donations will dry up.

Biden will be the lame duck of all lame ducks. He will never pass another piece of legislation. He won't be able to leave the White House. He might as well be a convicted criminal. The White House will be his prison cell.

Republicans will win a landslide in 2022. The GOP will control both houses of Congress. Even voters who don't like Trump will feel guilty that his presidency was stolen. Trump will be a lock to win back the presidency in 2024.

That's all separate from massive protests, million-man-marches on Washington, unrest, civil disobedience and the prospect of 74 million Trump voters withholding taxes to bring the Biden government to its knees and force Biden's resignation.

And then there are the criminal charges. Thousands of Democrats were involved, in multiple states, in the greatest theft in America's history. I call this treason. That's life in prison, or worse. This won't end well for Democrats.

So, now you know why they're panicking. Wouldn't you?

So, yes, proving the election was stolen is the whole ball of wax. It's the whole kitchen sink. It changes both the history and the future of America.

God bless the forensic audits. And God help the Democrats when the American people see proof the election was stolen.

One can hope ... I will be happy if the GA Senate election is overturned and the two GA Rs replace the two idiots that now sit there. Oddly the Constitution provides for the R&R of senators and Congress-critters but not for POTUS.

We will not catch them all, But unless many of the leftist participants in the fraud are not punished harshly (fired, pension gone, jail time, professional licenses cancelled, maybe a few executed on nationwide TV), they will continue to explore ways to consolidate power.

We must also keep in mind that more than a few Rs supported the coup. They remained silent and refused to publicly condemn the legal maneuvers invoked by D politicians in several states that allowed the onslaught of fake ballots and other fraud. These Rs must also be punished.

There IS a path . You convene a Convention of States under Article V , then pass an amendment that tosses out every damn official that could have helped prevent this stolen election and makes sure they never hold any public office ever again.

In all of these articles one several points are missing.
1) the republiCAN’Ts were in on it.
2) the only way we can correct this point is to commit wholesale slaughter on bush league chamber of commerce worshiping republiCAN’Ts.
3) the majority of states run by republiCAN’Ts are already committed to NOT performing audits of the election.

If we are going to put our cards on the table, lets put them ALL on the table.

The author vastly unestimates the Marxist Left. If there is unrest -proof of White supremacists; if there is any form of uprising - the Woke military will be happy to move against patriots and kill as many of us as they want. If conservative White Christians have a problem with the new police state, well then cancel, work camps and disappearances in whatever numbers they like, etc. Ask yourself, if they dragged President Trump out on the sidewalk and executed him, what would the GOP do what what would we do.

Was the 2020 election stolen? There is no doubt. How many OTHER elections have been stolen prior? Many, I am sure, including down ballot races at every level of government for YEARS. How in the hell do you fix that? People need to go to prison. People need to be tried for treason. Wealth needs to be confiscated. Laws need to be overturned.

I am not sure my faith in the system can ever be restored......

Ain’t gonna happen. Lotsa folks would flame me for saying that, but it’s just reality.

Here’s why I believe that. There are too many power hungry local/state level politicians that have their eyes on the national stage prize.

By supporting a constitutional convention on the state level that essentially strips national politicians of their power, you basically slit your own throat getting those national leaders to back your national aspirations when time comes to run for higher office.

The optimism of this piece presumes two things:

1. That the nation as a whole will be informed that the stolen election has been proven by a mainstream media that has so far been willing to lie and conceal truth in order to further their agenda.

2. That the Democrats currently in power won’t ram through their crooked election bills, codifying future cheating and preventing any loss of that power regardless of what the people know or don’t know, do or don’t do.

As long as we're dreaming, here is a possible Constitutional solution if the stolen election is proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

1. Mass calls for resignation of key Democrats in the House of Representatives. Special elections fill those seats with Republicans.
2. Democrat Senators who won in stolen swing states are hounded to resign. Governors appoint the actual winning candidate to the seats.
3. Congress invokes the 20th amendment and declares ex post facto that the President-Elect did not qualify, should not have been sworn into office, and declares the Presidency and Vice-Presidency vacant. This is not an ex post facto law, as it is already in the 20th amendment. The only question is arguing the legitimacy of declaring no statue of limitations on "failing to qualify" and of not letting criminals profit from their crimes.
4. Via the 20th amendment, Congress declares the actual winner (President Trump) to fill the vacancy as "Acting President" until the office can be filled by someone who qualifies.
5. Via the 20th amendment, Congress passes a law moving the Presidential election up to 2022, and that it will forever be on a new four-year schedule beginning in 2022. This will satisfy Presidential term limits, as Trump will fill less than half of Biden's illegitimate term and then get his own second term. He won't be penalized for losing part of his term because of Democrat criminality.
6. The asterisk in the history books explaining the change in the Presidential cycle will forever be a stain on the nation caused by Democrats, along with slavery, Jim Crow, Plessy v Ferguson, and opposition to the Civil Rights of 1964.

Nowhere in this article are the REAL CRIMINALS mentioned: the RINO-controlled state legislatures who handed the steal to Joe on a platter because of their refusal to enforce voter ID. They did nothing to stop non-legislative leftist entities from introducing the cheat-by-mail-in ballots and then did nothing to investigate credible testimony by election officials of thousand of mail-in ballots that had no crease, looked like they were photo-copied, and had a different texture to the authentic ballots.

Democrats cheat. That's what they do. There's nothing new in that.

If RINO-controlled state legislatures had instead been controlled by MAGA patriots, all of the Democrat cheating would have been exposed and people would be in jail by now. And Donald Trump would still be president.

The ONLY chance we will ever have of taking back the WH in 2024 is to vote out every RINO who must face a primary in 2022 and replace them with MAGA patriots, ESPECIALLY in the state legislatures.

And while I'm on a roll....stop blaming SCOTUS. It was incumbent on the state legislatures to enforce voter ID and the RINOs didn't because of their petty hatred of Trump. Then when they saw just how angry the base was at them, they sought to have SCOTUS do their work for them. If the state legislatures had enforced voter ID, there would have been no need to get SCOTUS involved.
