Last night, a handful of players at the Miami Marlins game were that guy. While the fans presumably just showed up to enjoy a nice summer-evening game against the Colorado Rockies, five jackwad players at LoanDepot Park decided it would be fun and interesting to take a knee during the National Anthem.
A spokesperson for the Miami-Dade Police Department (MDPD), which had off-duty officers working security at the ballpark, tells New Times that five players were ejected from the stadium. The matter was handled by Marlins personnel, and no one was arrested.
How many stores have looted, police stations attacked, statues toppled, politicians doxxed, motorists trapped, etc. — by the Proud Boys?
