A lawyer who has been fighting for an accurate review of the 2020 presidential election results in Antrim County, Michigan, went on social media this week to charge the election system there was accessed by an anonymous user – remotely – days after the election.
Lawyer Matthew DePerno previously said the evidence appears to show the machines could have been accessed remotely through the internet, and there existed software in the machines that would have allowed manipulation of the results.

If it’s true then why isn’t he taking the evidence to the prosecutors so charges can be filed instead of to someone’s blog?
He’s appealing the rejection of the lawsuit to the next appellate level.

No. It’s true because they’ll keep saying it in the face of any and all evidence, and refuse to examine the evidence on that basis. That way you have no proof.
The reasons for dismissing lawsuits have been established for years and years. A lawsuit dismissed at a lower level is almost never reinstated at the appellate level so his chances are pretty slim. What he's talking about is criminal. If he has evidence then he should be talking to the authorities so someone can be charged and tried.

Michigan, per their contract with Dominion (see link below, page 127), had one eDevice CellGo (cellular 3G internet modem dongle, see second link below) per precinct.

The electoral college results were certified in Congress. That will stand regardless of all the dullscuggery during the popular vote. Harris/Biden will not have to vacate. That’s a pipe dream. But if the theft is proven, it is possible for deplorables to make the remainder of their term hell, and give the entire talking hairdo class nervous breakdowns. CNN goes belly up. Chapter at 11.
Republican election officials have hand counted every single ballot in Antrim County and it only differed with the tabulated vote count by 12 votes.
Law suit dismissed. Appeal dismissed.

The point is that we were lied to over the bogus claim that human error resulted in the initial undercount of Trump votes. but only after they were confronted with this discrepancy.
Another point is that the machines were easily hackable. That is like parking an open ballot box on a street corner.
So if a ballet gets tossed to adjudication and gets a special adjustment and then gets reprinted and the original shredded, thats what you would expect.
